I'm a general contractor who's had the privilege to work with Theresa Franklin on countless kitchens, bathrooms and entire home remodel projects for over eleven years. I am always excited to work with Theresa because I know with her design experience, vision, and attention to detail, she gives both the homeowner and I the confidence and a clear understanding of how the project is supposed look when completed. Theresa's high level of professionalism truly shows as she listens to client's intently in order to meet the their needs and of course which lends to a general contractor the ability to complete the project in a timely fashion.

It was a pleasure working with Theresa. She is clearly knowledgeable about her profession and knows so many vendors and passed this information on to me. I didn't have a good experience with a previous designer so I was somewhat skeptical. I wanted to make sure my vision was heard. Theresa listened to me while guiding me at the same time. She didn't make me feel wrong or judge me for my decisions. She was always good at communicating and she sent her invoices in a timely manner so there was never any surprise as to what I owed. I plan on continuing my work with Theresa to finish the decor of my remodel. I would and will recommend her to my friends.

Theresa is great to work with. We have been very indecisive during this remodel process, and she has been very patient and understanding. Theresa is an excellent listener. I have had the pleasure of working with Theresa on several projects over the past few years. She is very well rounded in her designs and is detail oriented in a good way. On each of the residential renovations that we have worked together on she has shown how well she incorporates the big and small wishes of the homeowners into the designs. We undertook a major renovation of our Arizona home in early 2014. Before starting it was extremely important that we found the right designer and contractors for our renovation. After interviewing more than a half dozen candidates and researching their past reviews we settled on Theresa Franklin as our Kitchen and Bath designer. Six months later and having invested more than $250,000 towards our renovation I can honestly say choosing Theresa was our best decision. Theresa helped me with the design of my guest bathroom. I have a mid-70's house and am gradually updating it, last year I used Affinity kitchens (whom she is affiliated with) to do a major kitchen remodel and was very satisfied with them. Theresa was exceptional to work with she provided a complete contemporary design (with architectural plans and all fixtures specified) that met all of my vaguely expressed preferences, and provided great insight. She was available to my contractor throughout and maintained great communication with all parties. I could not be happy be more happy with the result. I will be doing the master bath and a few other projects over the next 12-18 months and Theresa will be the first person I talk with.

Theresa Franklin designed just about everything in my house, including the kitchen, two bathrooms, sun room, and outside terrace. What she designed is more than beautiful, it's exquisite, and I am delighted with the result. Everything about working with her was superb, from the initial idea stage to final delivery. I was working with constraints and she was incredibly sensitive and responsible. Her suggestions of materials, colors, textures, layout, and more, paid special attention to the harmony with the environment, and its unique conditions and uses, and the people who live and work there. She is a top designer with architect skills so you are getting two for one when you hire her. She works beautifully with everyone involved, from clients to construction. She is able to see the big picture but also pays attention to small details, so the quality of work and refinement is amazing. She is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with in any kind of professional setting. She is not only wonderfully talented and intelligent, but charming, respectful and highly ethical. I was so lucky to have hired her, and I am sure everyone else who hires her will feel the same way. I will definitely hire her again.

Theresa designed and her company delivered an excellent custom vanity, bench and storage cabinet for our master bath remodel project. She took extra time reviewing our plans with us to ensure that the overall result would be spectacular and very functional - and it is!

Theresa Franklin has done several projects with me and i always feel comfortable that she will mesh with any of my clients tastes. she does not put her taste in front of the clients expectations. she knows the perfect level of finishes for the project in terms of quality and price. the biggest problem i have run into in the past with designers has been the designer not listening to the needs of the client. Theresa listens and is also pragmatic in terms of budget vs. expectation. when we set a shedule, Theresa is always on time and budget.
