I have known Tom and Nancy for almost 20 years. I purchased a beautiful custom lake home from them in the early 2000's, and have maintained a relationship since that time. Over dinner one evening I mentioned I was considering building a garage and studio at my lake home, which led Tom to ask me 5-6 questions that I could not easily answer. It was apparent that his experience would be invaluable in my project. Additionally, Tom has numerous relationships spanning many years across all trades that he is able to leverage, that would be nearly impossible to do on my own. Net, through my project is still a WIP, I know it will get done right and better than I could do on my own. I highly recommend Tom and Nancy for design as well as General Contractor services.

Tom Kelly has been our go-to designer since 1993. He transformed our house with a new, open kitchen design almost 20 years ago that is still great looking. He also created stand-alone wall units and furniture for the family room that blends with the kitchen. We added an office space to our house after that and couldn't be happier with the design of the room and craftsmanship of the cabinetry. Tom just finished remodeling a small bathroom that now looks like a large bathroom, including choosing the tile, hardware and paint. Love it so much! Tom is always fun to work with and professional in every way.

From start to finish Tom was a joy to work with. Another one of Tom's clients in the community we live in described Tom as having a calming affect on you. And I have to agree. And that comes in handy when you are doing a total remodel and need all the assistance you can get. Not only did he travel 2 hrs for our initial consultation, but made the trip several times and was there when our cabinetry was delivered, even helping unload the many many boxes in the sweltering heat of Florida. Going into the remodel we knew what we wanted as far as cabinetry, but Tom helped us with special touches, suggesting different options which we hadn't thought of. Decision making was seamless and easy with Tom's help. He also helped us choose a new wall paint for the entire living area. We loved the choice so much we are using that color in our Indiana home. Tom also helped us with new cabinetry in our bathrooms. He truly loves what he does and it shows!!

Thomas Kelly’s knowledge of design, experience, and implementation is unparalleled. My husband and I have endured major renovations twice before, so I speak from real-world experience. With TK, it was so easy, and the outcome exceeded our expectations! He knows design and materials, and he quickly saw our vision and made it a reality. From the very beginning he listened to us and seamlessly matched our needs with a perfect design. In the last month since we completed the project (on time and on budget), I notice extra touches he incorporated in the plan that make all difference. For example, trash bins that include a drawer for holding the bags and ties, pull out shelves in the island for easy access to bowls and platters, and utensil and knife drawers that have adjustable dividers, so everything fits just right. He has an exceptional sense of color and style, and he guided me through those tough backsplash and counter decisions that were torture for me in the last two remodels. Finally, I know he has our back. A couple of less-than-perfect decisions I made, he fixed with no issues. My husband and I love our new home. Without reservation, Tom Kelly is a Best of Houzz design professional.

At the beginning of our renovation project I was very concerned about the magnitude of the work and all of the things that had to be considered on our kitchen, four bathrooms and home office. I was pleasantly surprised that Tom with his extensive experience had already considered everything and the result is a beautiful “new” house. Tom’s scheduling and estimation skills are amazing.
