Donna is a pro! Clearly, she's seen it all and because she has, she knew what to anticipate in the designs we wanted. Sizing via a virtual apt was easy, our order came in earlier than expected, and everything was delivered with care. Ordering additional pieces was easy. I worked with Donna who was my design specialist. The whole process went well. I had a good idea of what we wanted and Donna made some great suggestions to improve the design. I was concerned that it would be difficult for a remote designer to have everything fit in our kitchen. However, the design process went so well that everything fit perfectly. I did the installation myself and when the delivery came it was a little overwhelming. However, I took it step by step and all went well. Even the packaging of the delivery was so well done that I had no damage in my shipment. The finished product looks beautiful and we have had many complements on the new kitchen. I strongly recommend Tuscan Hills for your project.

Donna was my designer, and I was impressed at her ability to design a kitchen based on what I told her I wanted. My design included her keeping me on track when I said I was installing a window four times larger than the one that was there. I told her I was moving a door, extending the kitchen, taking up carpet and ceiling popcorn! Nothing phased her, she just asked for measurements, made great suggestions, and created a beautiful kitchen for us! Best part of our house is our kitchen!! Thank you Donna!!

So I am currently working on my 3rd kitchen with Tuscan Hills in the last 10 years or so (we have moved every 4-5 years). I can not fully express how good it is to get exactly the right look and fit especially when dealing with a vintage property with quirks. It is a different process than ordering off the shelf pre made cabinets, and the extra time and care rewards with an excellent product. We have used the same designer Donna all three times and have been happy with the thoroughness in planning which provided for an easy install. We had an installer error in drawer fronts in one house, and a finished measure error in the other both on our end. Both issues were resolved quickly with the support of Donna and Tuscan hills. The finished product both times exceeded expectations in finish and structure (both installers were impressed by the structure of cabinet boxes). Anyone considering a kitchen customized to their specific needs and wants should look no further as this is a quality product. Just be prepared and patient in walking through the process, ask questions ask for suggestions, look at your choices a little planning goes a long way when it comes time to install. And installation costs money. We are exceedingly happy with our experience in the past 2 houses and expect the same results for our current house.

Horrible service! Only use them if you already know exactly what you want and are looking for a price comparison. My builder recommended them over the frameless cabinets I had already picked, and I am so happy sorry I listed. I’ve been working with them since November of 2022 and still can’t get a final design that has been discussed to meet my budget. Even though I sent my architect’s plans in November, they have been very unresponsive. When I questioned the process of having all the exact post framing measurements from my builder and that their delay caused me to look for other options to meet my timeline. The response indicates they just do not need my business. Quote “Normally my process is that I do not even start the design process before having confirmed dimensions of the space.” . . . “When I received your email that you were considering other options, I redirected my attention to another project.” Oh and for good measure the email indicated many happy clients they have on file? They have had a set of the Architectural design since November. I understand we shouldn’t place an order without framed measurements, but not sure the inch or so off between the Architects design document and the final framed measurements warrants their unwillingness to help me get to a final design that includes a discussion about the price and what extras I am willing to keep or remove from the project to stay on budget.

I chose Tuscan Hill cabinets because I wanted longevity. I did not want to replace cabinets ever again. The boxes are heavy duty and the panel fronts/face are also thick solid wood (instead of a flimsy MDF in the middle section). That said, these were double the price compared to cabinets that need to be replaced in 10 years. My installing carpenter was very impressed with how nice the quality of the cabinets were as well. I have had these installed for about 6 months and they have taken a beating with toddlers and their toys. The process took about 1.5 month from initial consultation to purchase date. IT WILL BE SCARY because you do all the measuring yourself but the senior designer (I had Donna) really knows how to fit it all together (and there is filler to fill the gaps!) Meeting with the first JR. Designer made me concerned about their knowledge of the product, but I think they are just there to make sure you are serious before you get passed to a SR. Designer who knows how to make a perfect design for you. My kitchen was designed and tweaked within 2 of the 3 allowed iterations and I love what I have. It took about 5 months for them to be built and shipped to me. Nothing was damaged during shipping. Note: Tuscan Hills sometimes uses another warehouse to produce cabinets (if there is a huge supply demand issue) which is another brand. I received a sample from that brand and I was not happy with the cabinet door (it had a thin MDF middle door face, compared to the TH sample I had). I specifically requested only the TH warehouse make my cabinets, even if it would have taken longer to build and ship to me.

We ordered through Costco. Our order was received on time (16 weeks). However, we are missing two cabinets w/ drawers. They placed a rush order but don’t have an estimate of delivery. We are also missing a pantry cabinet base and need replacement of a warped door. We are happy with the cabinets and price, but concerned about receiving missing cabinets.

It was a great experience working with someone who is passionate about helping clients get what they want. We were fortunate to work with Donna, who is a wonderful designer working for Tuscan Hills Cabinetry. She patiently and professionally helped us complete our kitchen cabinet design.
