They pay attention to detail and go above and beyond. For example, in our most recent project, we had old baseboards that were a mess from the previous owner, but that were outside the project area. The crew sanded and repainted the baseboards, making our house blend in with the freshly renovated area. - Tunch provides his expertise in design, while matching our needs and visions for the space. He provides insight about changes that could impact our house’s value and makes recommendations for efficient use of space based on his extensive experience, but ultimately lets us choose the final product. For example, he made several suggestions to our laundry room plans that greatly improved the utility of the space. - Every project comes with unexpected challenges. What keeps us coming back to the crew and Tunch is the small number of issues that arise, and the ease of fixing the issues that do come up. Home renovation is stressful, and it’s so important to feel like your contractor is working with you towards a great final project, compared with nickel-and-diming you based on reasonable requests. My experience with Ultimate remodel could not have been any better. We hear about all they horror stories but rarely do we hear the wonderful stories. The owner came to offer a quote. He was on time, dressed professional and listened to my specs. A few days later he came back with a quote and sketch. Once I surveyed 5 other contractors, I decided to go with Ultimate Remodel. At the onset, Tunch stated he has the best price and it was right. I went to showroom to look at the material and decided to proceed. The start date could not be determined due to supply chain issues due to the pandemic. Well to my surprise, it started about 2.5 early than estimated. Everything went as schedule and the owner and project lead were responsive to what little issues came up. The cleaned up every evening and were respectable to my property. They showed up every day like swiss clock work. They did the work within the time and cost agreed at the onset. I would rehire Ultimate Remodel for my next project.

I had a great experience with Tunch and his remodeling crew from Ultimate Remodel. I interviewed 10 contractors for this job until I found the right one. I have done lots of remodeling and have previously built a house and have lots of experience with contractors. This was by far my best experience. From the beginning, Tunch provided me with the most detailed proposal and the best price. After reading their excellent Angie's List reviews, I knew that I could trust them to do a good job. I also checked up on their license with Fairfax County which is in good standing. (Not the case with some of the other contractors I checked out.) The remodeling crew arrived every day to do work and worked hard the entire time they were at my home. We agreed to some Covid-19 protocols which everyone respected. The entire house, including floors, was protected from demolition and renovation dust throughout the entire renovation. The crew is skilled and does the job right without being asked. In our master bathroom we had lots of plumbing and electrical changes and re-routing of our hydronic baseboard heating system. Most other contractors that I spoke with didn't want to work with the heating system or simply didn't know how. Not the case with the Ultimate Remodel crew. They did a fantastic job overall. I have already recommended them to many of my neighbors and I would definitely hire them again.

For those who just want the bottom line: HIRE THEM! For those who want to know why: let’s start with Tunch. We liked him from the first moment we met him and it was immediately clear how experienced he is. We had consultations with several companies and Tunch was the only one who offered actual design ideas rather than just pricing out what we thought we wanted. He was also the only one who wasn’t afraid to tell us if we were going down a route that might not be best idea or, just as importantly, maximize the resale value of our renovations. His prices are fair and he was great about working with us to use our budget to the fullest - especially when we expanded the job to include all four of our bathrooms. And then there is the crew. We cannot say enough good things about Alex (both of them!), Omar and Noe. They are the nicest guys and so hardworking. They work quickly, cleanly, and really pay attention to details. They are true craftsmen who made sure everything they did was finished beautifully. As other remodeling projects come up in our home, one thing is clear - Ultimate Remodel will be our ONLY call.

I used Ultimate Remodel to remodel a master bathroom and a guest bathroom. They initially did the guest bathroom and I really loved the work they did and how they handled the project so they continued with the master bathroom. Tunch designed a beautiful and functional master bathroom. He removed an existing handicap ramp and leveled the floor, switched the location of the tub and shower and was able to keep the existing drains which was a building requirement. I love the new large shower and the free standing tub. Tunch and all the guys in his team are great to work with. They were always on time, very polite, left everything clean every day and were super careful protecting other areas to minimize dust. In addition to the two bathrooms while on the condo I also hire them for other projects: painted the entire unit, replaced floor in laundry room and installed light fixtures. I could not be happier with their job and will certainly hire them again!

Ultimate Remodel created a custom design for my new kitchen which included moving utilities and removing and installing walls. They did an amazing job and vastly improved the beauty and functionality of the kitchen. The cabinets, counter tops, and all their materials are top quality. I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship. They were also able to get the work done quickly. I will definitely work with Ultimate Remodel again.
