We did a major renovation on a single family home. New rooms (master, den), remodeled space (2 bedrooms, front door and entry), new stairway. Vic did a great job listening to our goals, finding solutions for some challenging that had been previously remodeled, and working with the contractor.

I have a house in Cold Spring New York overlooking the Hudson River. When I bought the house it did not make much use of this incredible view. I hired Victor to design a major renovation as well as oversee all the work. The results are wonderful. My neighbors who saw my house before and after Victor's work were amazedd and many said if I realized that this could be done I would have purchased your house myself. The renovations included creating a large airy room from the kitchen, dining and living room with a stunning view of the River and Hudson Highlands Including Crowsnest and Storm King Mountains. This included Replacing small windows with glass doors and adding a large wooden outdoor deck. We also converted the attic into a large master bedroom by adding a dormer. It has the million dollar view, a wall of closet space and a new bathroom with a Jacuzzi There were other renovations that involved removing walls and adding a staircase on the second floor. Very impressive is Victor's attention to detail and efforts to customize his designs to the uniqueness of the site. For example, for the railing for the deck he suggest customized wrought iron. Historically the Hudson Valley was an iron mining and processing region and there are still a number of custom iron shops nearby. The result was a railing that Victor designed, and modified after getting my feedback that is a work of art. My visitors always notice and comment about how creative it is and how great it looks. During the renovations I was traveling frequently on business so I needed to rely on and trust Victor a great deal. This turned out to be a smooth and rewarding experience for me. To start, Victor listened carefully to my needs and ideas. He made good suggestions and gave me options. Once we agreed on the plan the rest was easy. In supervising the renovation Victor insured the highest quality work and saved me money over what I would have paid without him.
