We recently had a problem with our designer kitchen faucet that could not be corrected. The faucet was installed when our custom home was built in 2014. After numerous calls and many hours on the phone with the manufacturer, we got nowhere, So out of desperation I called the local distributor, Water & Co., at a time when many stores were closed or had limited availability due to the COVID 19 situation. I promptly got connected to Erica Baum, the store's Studio Manager and explained our plight. Erica immediately went to bat for us with the manufacturer and not only was able to obtain a complete replacement at no cost under warranty, but also made the entire process convenient and safe by having the new faucet drop shipped directly to us. She also arranged to have the defective faucet picked up. We can't thank Water & Co. and Erica for standing by us and getting our problem resolved promptly. The new faucet works great! We would not hesitate to recommend Water & Co, for all your needs.

Hajoca staff was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond with their planning and design ideas. This was one renovation that was actually fun. Product was perfect. I highly recommend Hajoca for all bathroom and kitchen needs.

I was so excited and yet scared of remodeling my home as I hadn't remodeled for 20 years I put my confidence in Erica Baum from hajoca and I'm so happy I did! She was so helpful with the latest trends and the manufacturers and she went the extra mile to ask if I had hard or soft water as to choose the correct faucets. I had ordered sconces without even looking at them because I had so much confidence in Erica and hajoca and they were perfect! I have been meaning to send a thank you letter However, my mother in law has been in and out of the hospital through the whole renovation and my husband has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Erica and hajoca thank you so much for making my renovation a wonderful experience.
