Nicole, Patty and the team at Waterview kitchens are the best!! I was considering three other kitchen builders before I found Waterview. Nicole actually listened and understood what I wanted. She supported my design decisions and created beautiful renderings so I could see what the final result would be. Nicole was so prompt and friendly with communications so it made this remodel go really smoothly. I also made changes along the way and they didn't even blink an eye, just made it happen! And the QUALITY of the cabinets is out of this world! I love to look at them and touch them. Every neighbor who has come over cannot get over how elegant and stylish my kitchen looks. One neighbor said, "Your house is beautiful but your kitchen is SPECTACULAR!" And I feel the same way. Waterview Kitchens/NIcole Whitehorne worked with us to design our new kitchen, bar area and two (2) bathrooms. we had a few unknowns before things were demo'd but was able to adapt the cabinet dimensions once everything was exposed. Nicole walked the space with us several times. The layout of the cabinets was exactly as designed and modeled in 3d which is very helpful. The dimensions and flow works well and very functional. Details like appliance panels, crown molding and light rails were all coordinated with the appliances and included. suggestions to improve the design were offered. the cabinets are very good quality look great and have lots of accessories. Replacement of damaged door was done quickly and the hardware for the appliance garages were ordered and installed once we determined the best option. You should clarify how the install will be done before you start, whether it is by Waterview or your contractor.

I highly recommend Jay and Waterview Kitchens. Jay was a pleasure to work with. We used them for the kitchen, bar and laundry room. The designs were well thought out so each room would be the useful for us. We used to combination of stock and custom cabinets. The cabinets were delivered on time. The install was very smooth and Jay was available to guide the installation. He coordinated the install with GC. The attention to detail was outstanding. Jay was available after the install to answer questions. He also came over to show me how to move the shelves and then moved them for me. I have already recommended Jay and Watevirw kitchens.

I first want to say that I went to Houzz and feverishly looked for everyone's answers and reviews on Waterview before making my decision, and could not find one negative review, so I hope mine will help someone else. I knew that going with Waterview would be more expensive than some other venues locally, so some may see that as a negative, however as I investigated further in regard to designers, quality, and professionalism, and I knew I found my place. The kitchen cabinets are actually made out of wood, the quality is superb, and they look beautiful, the staff that works for them, meaning both designer and carpenters are excellent. Waterview Kitchens knows exactly what they are doing, and our kitchen turned out more beautiful than I could imagine. Wendy the designer and salesperson, supported our vision and made it work, our job was extremely complicated and called for a total kitchen redesign. The famous saying goes "you get what you pay for" and I think when investing in the heart of the home you don't want to make the mistake of cutting corners. I would recommend Waterview to anyone that would listen, they are the best in the business, if you don't believe me, just ask others in the field in the local area.

A couple of years ago, Waterview Kitchens installed new cabinets in our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. The entire experience from coming into their office to get things going, the design and installation was fun taking all the stress out of this big job. They did an amazing job from start to finish. A couple of years later, I recently became concerned that maybe a couple of the doors of the kitchen cabinets were warping. I called and within a day they sent someone out. It turns out that the doors were not warped but just needed some adjustments that were done with no charge. It's hard these days to find someone that still responds to you a couple of years after the job was completed. I just cannot say enough good things about this company.
