Woodland was great to deal with. They spent the time with us to listen to our requirements and delivered a quality product. They provided several samples to ensure it met our needs before proceeding with the build. Marvin and the rest of the Woodland team did a great job and a quality install. I would use them again.

We first discovered Woodland Horizons through the Houzz app, and as we had never approached a project in this manner, we were skeptical as to whether this was the correct avenue in which to source contractors or renovation services. After reading the many positive ‘Woodland’ reviews, we sent an email asking them to contact us. The very next day, we received a phone call from the company, and when we explained that we were hoping to do a kitchen reno at our 70s log home, it was suggested that we meet with Marvin Martin, a member of their Sales Design Team, as he had a special interest in log homes. From our very first meeting onward, Marv absolutely was the perfect choice as he was truly devoted to ‘marrying’ a brand new kitchen with the integrity of the existing style of our Scandinavian scribed-log home. During the initial meeting, he spent time looking at the inspiration pictures we had chosen, as well as being present in the actual space, measuring and taking pictures of his own as we discussed the vision for our future kitchen. Throughout the process, Marv was very responsive to our questions and very clear on what we needed to provide to ensure this project was a success. We got value out of every consult time with him, and the whole process was fantastic. Marvin brings a balance of passion and professionalism that creates true confidence in the relationship. From start to finish, a very personalized process. Marv turned our bathroom vanity vision into a reality. For someone with very high attention to detail, my expectations were exceeded. Have not yet gotten the countertop for the vanity (planning on making myself) but the cabinets are not something you would ever find in store. We are now thinking of and considering what other house projects/builds we would like Woodland Horizon to helps us with. Quality workmanship is the best marketing, in my opinion!

As exceptional as are all these reviews, the most remarkable fact is that not one is an overstatement. 'Impressive', is actually an understatement. More accurate a description would be ". . . exceeds all expectations", most especially in design and craftsmanship, but as importantly, in every aspect of their business dealings and pleasing personal manner. From the design and management of Marlin, to the superb carpentry of Tristan, the renovation of our kitchen became a transformation far beyond our hopes! The review that sold us on Woodland Horizon summed it up with the opening sentence – "Don't look any further, you've found the best", which was immediately obvious the moment we stepped into their showroom. None of their numerous competitors' displays we reviewed was comparable and indeed, our kitchen renovation mirrors that precision artisanship! Do your 'due diligence' and check out the competition and you will discover Woodland Horizon is not only the best, but also, far more value for your money!

Complete kitchen, workers respectful clean, great to work with. The only comment I have to pass on is the request of the kick plate which is about 22 inches , it would complete the look . We will request it shortly and pay for it. However we felt that something like that added as an after thought probably could have been done without charging us 35 dollars as we did spend over 40 thousand. We found that a wee bit cheap.

We renovated our kitchen this fall and we are extremely pleased with the results. From the service to the quality of the materials, we were very pleased with the whole process. Brenna was a great resource for us and she helped us every step of the way. The people who installed the kitchen were very professional and efficient. We had a minor issue with the counter installation, but everyone was 'on it' and it was resolved without any effort on our part. Woodland took care of everything. I would like to add that, even though we reviewed the plans, when our custom window bench was installed, we realized the space for our dogs was too small and they redesigned and installed a new bench to accommodate us. We really appreciated this as they easily could have charged us as we had approved the plans during the original design process. Finally, the price was very reasonable considering it was a custom kitchen. Overall an excellent experience!

We had hardwood stairs installed by Woodland Horizon. The workmanship is excellent and they look beautiful. We have received many compliments. The representative was very thorough and kept us apprised of any changes necessary. We had no issues with the installers or the date of installation. We are very pleased.

Woodland horizon has provided 2 custom kitchens along with all the millwork for our very beautiful custom homes. I have been thoroughly impressed with Woodland Horizon right from my first phone call with the owner to the finishing touches of the install. Marlin brought my ideas to life and graciously made changes that I wanted along the way. My install date and cost didn't change from the original promise. The install team was thorough, polite and accommodating as well as skilled and meticulous with their work. As you can see in the pictures, they put down drop sheets and they also did all their cutting outside to keep the mess out of the house. The quality of the cabinetry and the finish is better than I expected. My new kitchen is so beautiful and functional for a family of 8. I wish I had better pictures to post but the other work in the room like trim etc isn't quite finished yet. I am very happy and highly recommend Woodland Horizon and I am honestly not all that easy to please.

This company was extremely professional, and had good workmanship. The people I dealt with were patient and helpful in deciding on the kitchen. The only thing they could improve on was when they gave the total bill they should have the costs itemized, and the amounts that have already been paid. Other than that I would highly recommend using them.

Kitchen renovations are trying, but in 2 days Woodland Horizon Ltd. had my old kitchen out and my new kitchen in. They do it right by doing the preparation work - discussing what you want in your home, measuring, having you visit their shop to pick out doors etc. and then coming out and measuring again. They make sure the design is what you want and also give suggestions based on their professional expertise. The people dismantling and installing are very polite and professional. They are also very accommodating. My floors are being done after the kitchen is installed so they did not install the toe kicks and will be coming back out to do that once the floor is installed. I recommend Woodland Horizon Ltd. very highly.

Woodland Horizon's craftsmanship is beautiful. They gave us great suggestions and installed the exact stairs we designed in our custom bungalow -- in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dependable, easy to deal with -- quality company.

Hello, WE are pleased with the finished job. But looking back, I should not have agreed to have the kitchen taken out 3 days early. And we would have appreciated a breakdown of what we paid, i.e. the tear-out, the crown molding, etc. . We have passed on your companies name to several who have asked. I did appreciate that when I met Marlin at the Stratford Home Show, he did phone and follow up in the time frame, as I requested, it was something we did not get from 2 other companies in Stratford. We had received quotes from them in 2015, but none contacted us after that. That is why you got my business.

Woodland did great work and were very professional. They had the cupboards ready on their date and installed immediately . Any small adjustments were looked after right away and corrected. Very good to work with and would recommend them highly.

Are we ever glad we listened. Every morning when we walk into our kitchen and every time we open a cupboard or drawer you just think "wow." I didn't know kitchens could be like this. The pictures of their work do not do them justice. The quality of the workmanship is better than kitchens I have seen in some of Toronto's most expensive homes and showrooms. The entire team was exceptional to work with. We were so impressed with the kitchen that we later hired them again to do our custom dining room furniture (which is built so well that my great grand children will be fighting over who gets them in 60 years). We can't recommend these guys enough.

I would Highly recommend Woodland Horizon for any project you are about to take on, you are in good hands. This fall they did our walk in closet, master bathroom and had the tough task of taking our 4 year old basic builder kitchen and adding to it. We discussed taking it out but both agreed even though it was not great quality it was still only 4 years old and in good shape, so they took off the original crown molding and added a beautiful stepped up crown molding that goes to the ceiling and wow what a difference! Added new led valance lighting, granite counters and now I have a high end look and you would never know it wasn't like that from the beginning. Thanks Guys Darlene
