If only zero stars was an option. Was advised they had a product in stock that I was needing for multiple clients. Confirmed multiple times over the phone it was actually in stock prior to paying thousands of dollars in advance and wasting an entire day driving round trip to pick up. Upon arrival, I was advised that they did not in fact have the product and it would take a few days to give me my money back. Not one apology was provided by a staff member. Waited a month to hear from a manager and finally reached out myself to speak to Heather. She explained that the situation was rectified on their end she didn't see the problem. If you like to support responsible businesses, I recommend avoiding them at all costs. If a headache is what you are looking for, this place is for you.

We have been building a cabin at Lake of Egypt for the past 9 months. Brett Rogman from Wright Building and Design, has been the best supplier and designer imaginable. Always professional, courteous, and caring assisting us in making wise material selections and the best pricing. Deliveries are prompt and billing correct. You can’t bet the service!

I've been working on some home projects. Neil, at the Sparta IL store has been a life saver for me. He knows his stuff and he's easy to talk with. He has been able to answer all my questions and has given good advice.

Martha was very knowledgeable and friendly through my purchase at the Sparta location. I will visit this store again. Thank you Martha for taking your time in helping during my visit.

I love my bathroom remodel. It looks gorgeous! Working with Beth Sanders was a pleasure due to her knowledge and professionalism. This was our second project with Wright Do-it Center and we have been very pleased with both.
