We found Wyman Builders after asking Meta AI (Artifical Intelligence) to find us the highest rated contractors at the best prices in our area. Wyman was recommended to us, and after reading all the 5-star reviews we decided to give them a chance. They gave us the best price and at a record time completion. We worked with Michael Brown and Mauricio who oversaw our bathroom remodeling from start to finish and were always on time and experts at everything we asked about. The builders themselves were very polite, hard working, and even stayed over time to make sure the job was done on time as promised. The company even have a storefront and warehouse where we were able to ship our heavy items for our renovation. After the wonderful job Wyman Builders did for us, we're now continuing to work with them on other remodeling and are recommending them to friends and family. An A+ company as stated by many. The Wyman's renovated our master bath, bedroom and walk-in closet while we were away for the summer. When questions came up they were wonderful about contacting us...they sent pictures as the work progressed and when we got home, everything was perfect! They even had the house immaculately cleaned. We were so pleased with the work. It was as good as the kitchen that they did for us earlier.

Contacted Wyman because of their good reviews for our kitchen remodel. I provided our budget and was told I wouldn’t get a breakdown until I have a $500 fee but that the budget is tight yet feasible. When I received the breakdown, it was 5k over budget and was told there wasn’t anything to be done about that. As a knowledgeable person in design and construction, I knew this was bull. The woman who “helped” us, Joyce, consistently spoke down to us. When I went to the office to look at materials, her and the staff laughed at me for being concerned about them not wearing masks during a peak time of the pandemic. Swindled.

We hired Wyman Builders to remodel the master bedroom, closet ,dressing area and bath. They had at least one worker on site from day one and regular visits from the supervisor who was always available when I needed anything. The job took longer than expected but the work was all excellent and as I told them, quality was more important than speed . The only criticism is that they installed a very cheap bi fold door in the closet. With everything else looking so high quality I was surprise at the quality of the bi fold. The worker on site did what he could to improve the looks of the door by applying multiple layers of paint.

We have just completed a full master bathroom remodel with Wyman Builders and are ecstatic with both the process and results. From design review with Joyce, to project oversight by Glen, to master craftsmen like Mariusz, every process was performed to the highest standards. Our house is now 26 years old. In the past 24 months, as well as this project, we replaced our roof and gutters, remodeled our pool, as well as several other projects. In all cases, except with Wyman Builders, I felt I needed to closely monitor all activities to hopefully achieve the desired outcome. With Wyman it was the opposite. I kept out of the way with the finest results. We all know how difficult it can be to find competent contractors in South Florida. Like us, I believe you will not regret your decision to hire Wyman Builders. 10 stars, not 5.

Wyman Builders do not just build. They helped us design our project, took us to the right places to chose the materials and above all they were incredibly reliable. They kept every promise they made, they finished on time and on budget , they were surprising clean during the project and their craftsmen were very talented. I recommend with no reservation.

I hired Wyman to do a complete kitchen renovation based upon a personal reference from a neighbor. Our overall experience was above and beyond our expectations. We got a gorgeous kitchen that is so easy and convenient to work in that everyone who sees it, loves it. The project was estimated at 8 weeks and completed in 7...and within budget, aside from a change order upfront because of the more expensive material choices we made...how often does THAT happen! All the employees of Wyman, from Jeff and Joyce (owners), to all the staff that worked on the kitchen, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They have the highest standards for quality...Jeff and Joyce made sure of that as they were on site almost every day to review the work done and provide direction to the workers for the next steps. Overall, they were extremely responsive and efficient and I would highly recommend them. I know I will use them in the future for all my reno projects.

From the planning phase to job completion probably the best experience we have ever had with any contractor in our 65 years. Our master and guest bathrooms look fantastic! Their attention to detail and design expertise are exceptional. Just one example of how they went the extra mile was when Mike took us to the showroom to try out the jacuzzi tubs to get EXACTLY what we wanted in our master. A special shoutout to Mike, Glen and Mario whose expertise and patience was greatly appreciated! We would recommend Wyman Builders to anyone looking for a home remodel and will use them again.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Wyman Builders on a full gut and remodel of our condo in Highland Beach. Their professional, attention to detail, creativity and performance far exceeded all of our expectations. From conceptual design to completion we were always consulted and advised and at the end were delivered a beautiful home in the timeframe promised. Wyman Builders did a total bathroom remodel and expansion in our Fla home. The work was done beautifully and in a timely fashion and though we were out of state we were kept apprise of every day’s progress on the job. We highly recommend Wyman Builders.

Wyman Builders is an excellent company. Joyce Wyman kept in touch with me every step of the project. They are very professional, well organized, detail oriented, and have great people working for them. They showed up on time, cared about the quality of their work, and were meticulous about keeping things as clean possible during the project. The work was completed on time and I am very happy with the new look of my powder room. Although the room was small, the work involved was more extensive than one might imagine and they did a beautiful job.

A++++ would highly recommend them! This was a full remodel of a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo. Joyce, Jeff and their team did an excellent job. I live out of state and they communicated with me and worked well with the condominium association.

We required renovation to our vacation condo because of water damage following a building fire. Wyman Builders provided excellent advice and execution in replacing the kitchen and doing other repairs. They were especially good in communicating promptly and completing the project in a timely fashion; this was very important as we were away during the entire project. They and their crew were professional and the quality of work was excellent.

Joyce and Jeff were great to work with. Jeff's expertise of estimating, knowledge of building, and ability to describe the work necessary, along with Joyce's design work for the kitchen layout and follow through during the entire renovation process, make them an excellent team. The staff at Wyman Builder's was equally skilled, friendly and did quality work. Our house, which was a 2/3 complete renovation, came out beautiful.

Wyman Builders worked with me to design and create the best possible kitchen for my needs. I found examples of bits and pieces from other Houzz kitchen photos, and presented all of my ideas to Joyce Wyman. I must have come with over 50 photos. She was patient as she helped me really hone in on what I loved, and combine all my ideas. Next, Jeff and Joyce came up with amazing floor plans and ideas I would never have thought of to extend the space in my kitchen (I didn't even realize I could do that!) I admit to being a picky customer, so I must have tweaked my ideas four or five times (the legs on the island, the pattern on the glass cabinet doors, etc.) With each tweak, Joyce remained professional and calm. I felt as if my project received more attention with Wyman Builders than I would've received anywhere else. When it came to the construction of the project, I was again delighted to see the precision and attention my project was given. Even the men doing the construction in my home were professional. They would routinely ask me if I had any questions for them, and if there was anything they could do to make the experience better. The men on the job cleaned up after themselves daily, and were very responsive and polite. During the entire process, it was very easy to get in touch with Wyman Builders. Someone from the company came almost daily to inspect the work... and their eye for detail is even more picky than mine!! I would highly recommend this company. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Wyman Builders truly earned the accolades. If I have any other project, they'll be my first and only call!!

The builder is very responsive. They completely remodeled my master bath with the great vision they had, including removing a wall. They understood our design preferences and our goal to not over-remodel as we planned to move within 2 years. On a separate occasion, we had a leak caused by a neighbor. Again they were extremely quick to respond and remediate. I highly recommend Jeff & Joyce Wyman.

Wyman builder built a new kitchen for my wife and myself. Starting with Joyce,a certified kitchen designer(CKD) and then having her husband Jeff making sure that everything about the actual job went smoothly. I kind of like to use the analogy of using Wyman Builders is going to a symphony. There is so much preparation that goes into a performance Before the public actually sees it. Using Joyce and Jeff is like having 2 Great conductors at once. Number one, the design and execution is beyond great.. Jeff is not just a perfectionist. He could not be more attentive to detail if it was his own home. Joyce designed our kitchen with impeccable taste as well as creating a terrific workflow. Wyman builders an incredible job of turning my old dilapidated kitchen into the beautiful new one. They had to remove a loadbearing wall. They made it look easy. They helped and guided me through this chore of selecting all the right cabinets, granite, appliances, Etc. , And advising me as to the best and/or most efficient products. I trusted them completely and their word was good, finishing when they promised to.

As a long time owner of a service business, I was completely blown away by the high level of expertise and service provided by Wyman Builders. Their designs for our new kitchen were innovative and their skills were so far above the norm, I often had to stop and look at the project in awe as it progressed. At no time was I disappointed in any part of the service, quality of work, or level of knowledge shown by every member of their team. Remodel our kitchen and laundry room (cabinets, appliances) replace ceramic tile floor with travertine marble, replace door moldings and baseboard, and all interior doors. Wyman Builders completed the job on time and with care and professionalism. They were there every day from the beginning of demolition to completion. Their workers were great and conscientious. We consider them our builers of choice and look to them for advice as needed.

We completly renovated our kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room. We replaced all the interior doors,trim and baseboards.All flooring except the bedrooms was replaced. From our initial contact till the end of the renovation and beyond Wyman Builders, Inc. were and still are very professional and take a personal pride in their work. You can tell from the owners (Jeff & Joyce) and their own employees and other crafts they hired the same professional and personal attention is given through out the job. When some hidden issues were discovered, Jeff and his team disclosed any additional costs and time and completed the clean up very professionally. We thourghly enjoyed our relation with the Wymans. We remodeled our kitchen, living room and bathroom with Wyman Builders. The kitchen design is excellent and the workmanship was great throughout. Jeff and Joyce did a wonderful job.

Imagine having all 3 bathrooms completely remodeled in your townhouse while you are staying on site. What sounds like an impossible situation was accomplished with great respect for our privacy and gave us a chance to see the kind of quality-in-every-detail job that Wyman insists on. The finished results were dazzling, and were built to remain so by Wyman's team. They also came in well within our budget, despite the discovery of certain structural repairs that were needed because of a leak beneath one of the upstairs bathroom showers. Today our bathrooms look as wonderful as when they were first completed in 2010. Nit-pickers like myself love how perfectly the tile matches up, the lighting complements the beautiful stone tops and the way the drawers glide as they should. Even better, you are dealing with a very people-oriented company who talk with you THROUGHOUT the process and are available afterwards to answer your questions personally. I would say that Wyman is the opposite of the robot-call mentality of so many organizations. Wyman truly made all the difference and if you want it done right, we give them our highest recommendation.
