Zuern Kitchen Design Showroom

We bought a complete kitchen of Showplace Cabinets and Corian Tops from Zuern Kitchen Design Showroom for a total kitchen remodel in 2020. We did much of the kitchen remodel ourselves and so we truly appreciated Marilyn's expertise and patience. (See my review of Showplace Cabinets for cabinet details). Marilyn worked with us on design, measure, cabinet and color selection, and countertops selection and purchase. She also was a huge help providing advice on how to select sinks, fixtures, handles/knobs, and appliances. I really appreciated Marilyn's knowledge and experience, as well as her willingness to work within our budget. She was practical, precise, and responsive. She also has a great sense of style and was patient with me - a first-time kitchen remodeler! She advised us all along the way, even when we thought we might not buy everything through Zuern. She was a true professional and trusted partner throughout the process. Marilyn's relationship with vendors was a huge plus. For example, a number of our cabinets arrived damaged or broken. At Marilyn's advice, we unboxed all cabinets immediately upon receiving them and took pictures of any damage. Marilyn worked with Showplace to replace all damaged items that we requested to be replaced, including the large pantry and a "skin" inset panel for the glass door cabinet. Another damaged piece was able to be repaired by us and wasn't going to show, so we were ok with that. We were disappointed with the damages of course, but very pleased with the outcome and with Marilyn's prompt service. I would definitely work with Marilyn and Zuern again. She followed up on our order when we had problems, and was truly skilled in ensuring that every aspect of our cabinet order was correct: measurements, alignment with the overall design, fit with appliances, using standard cabinets for cost efficiency without negatively impacting design, and more. She also made it fun! We're really grateful that we got to work with Marilyn! NOTE: pictures taken before trim was installed. Trim comes with the cabinets and also looks great. Bar fridge also not shown.

We met Lisa and knew immediately we had the right person to handle our kitchen and bath remodels. Lisa listened to our desires and captured the plans we envisioned. I have used Zeurn Kitchen Design Showroom three times to purchase kitchen and Bathroom cabinets. I would highly recommend them. I have worked with two of their kitchen Designers and they were both exceptional in their design efforts and attention to detail with the order. My most recent experience was with Lisa Kurtz for the order of my own new Kitchen and Bathrooms (I am an Interior Designer). Lisa is an experienced kitchen designer and made sure everything was accurate and would fit down to the smallest detail. When there was a small issue, she worked with the cabinet manufacture to correct it immediately and with no additional charge to me. Zeurn can assist you with creating a design or placing an order for a design you have already created. They are extremely professional, responsive, and provide exemplary customer service. I have used them to purchase both Showplace and Merillat cabinetry.
