ABC glass did a wonderful job from start to finish. They were responsive from the initial email, provided us with a free quote and even came out to re-measure and give us another quote because we had to make some changes to the tiling. Richard, the sales associate was detail oriented and precise and took his time with the measurements. The installation crew, Emmanuel and Israel, was efficient and the work was done seamlessly. Everyone we interacted with patiently answered all our questions. What I really liked is the fact that they provided us with the information and guidance on hardware/ glass type / style without trying to upsell us. Also, after providing the initial quote they let us make our decision on our timeline without the typical excessive sales follow up that is the norm with most everything. Very much appreciated! The whole process was refreshingly pleasant and professional. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them.

Israel and Emmanuel installed our frameless shower recently -- and they were awesome. They arrived as agreed upon and finished the project in a very reasonable amount of time. They were friendly, courteous and very professional. ABC Glass was also great to work with -- and the rest of their staff interactions with us were wonderful, as well. Their pricing was great and we were thoroughly satisfied with the quality and final results, from start to finish!

They were very professional and did great work. We had two large picture windows, one half moon window and a glass shower enclosure all installed in one day! They sent two crews to complete all this work in just a few hours. Great service! We will definitely call them again for future items

We had a wonderful experience with ABC Glass & Mirror. The salesman/measurer, Ted, arrived when promised. He explained the various options, answering all our questions and going over the selections as we made them. The estimate was sent as promised and we were able to order our shower glass in a timely way. The installers, Edgar and Maric, arrived promptly and were most professional in installing the glass walls and door for our new shower. They did a very precise and neat job while answering our questions. They provided us with documentation on how to properly care for our beautiful new shower and cleaned up, leaving our bathroom spotless. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone installing a shower. We are very happy with the results.

We recently had our master bath shower enclosure updated to a glass surround. We are so excited! The surround and new tile are fantastic. We received the quote for 2 glass shower doors and could not get them to return to install or provide an update on status. The quote was done in October 2018 and early February 2019, no word from them. We moved on to another professional. Poor communication by the ABC Glass team. If they had a problem, the phone is an effective means of communication even in this day and age.

I have used ABC for both a new frameless shower enclosure, and a new vanity mirror. Both experiences were great from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and turn around time was amazing! Highly recommend.

One of the best companies I've ever used. They removed my old broken shower enclosure (extremely difficult when we tried) and installed a new better one. Had a great experience with ABC Glass! The person who came to measure was extremely helpful (and friendly!) and talked me through all the various options for our shower glass enclosure. I had another company provide a quote which was similar in price but was so impressed with my initial interaction with ABC that I went with them without hesitation. The installers were also very professional and friendly and did the work in less time than originally projected. The shower looks amazing!

The process is amazingly smooth - from onsite consultation and design with Micah (owner) or Tom to quoting the job with Trip or Justin to scheduling it with Meghan and Mike and then the install with the on site crew (Rick and Edgar). The quality of work is amazing - prices are extremely competitive - and they never shy away from coming back for any service call that our customer requests (which rarely happens, since they do the job perfectly the fist time). All of these things are extremely important for us as a custom home builder when we are choosing who to partner with as our suppliers. Micah (the owner) is very hands on whenever we throw a custom, out of the box, request - he always takes the time to discuss the possible options and executions. Being a family owned company is big positive - since they don't run it like corporation that is focussed on revenues only. I had ABC Glass and Mirror make and install a shower enclosure for a bathroom I'd just remodeled. The gentleman who took the measurements (Tom) did a great job explaining how everything would work and what the options are so I had a very accurate idea of what the result would look like. The guys who installed it (Rick and Ed) were fast, professional, and courteous and did a really nice job putting it in. We're very happy with the product, the price, and the service we received.

Israel and Emmanuel installed a new shower door and panel today. All aspects of their services were outstanding. They arrived promptly, introduced themselves, were courteous, polite, and professional in their work. The installation went smoothly, they cleaned up the site, and briefed us on the use of the door. In addition, they made an adjustment on another shower door previously installed and thus eliminated a bumping sound coming from a hinge. In sum, great work! Thanks for a job well done. .

Walk-in customer. Took a large mirror from a bathroom remodel to have it cut into 2 specific sizes for a DIY home project. Certainly not a major or high cost project (less than $100), but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The work was completed in less than 24 hours. The mirrors were cut and edges polished perfectly to the size requested. Picture included of our DIY project!

We remodeled our house with a complete redo of all the bathrooms (six) with the inclusion of shower doors and glass shelving for all the showers in 4 bathrooms. In addition, we added several mirrors throughout the closets and the gym. Given the nature and scope of the work, this was a custom job. After meeting and getting quotes from 4 local reputed vendors, we decided to hire ABC glass for these reasons- their promptness in keeping the timing for appointments, the very reasonable and yet competitive pricing and the extremely friendly and yet respectful staff. Their flexibility in helping us with the design elements that were different for each of the bathrooms combined with the different choices were very helpful for us in arriving in what we wanted effortlessly. Visiting their show room was certainly a very unique experience. We were greeted like getting into a friend’s house and there was free candy for all! From the first day starting with the measurements and through out the completion of the project, several teams were involved- the measurement team, the quoting team, the installation team and the billing team- all working in unison and aiming to meet our requirements. The workers carry out a very neat job, are highly respectful and competent. The completed work was outstanding. Subsequent to the major work, we had a few additional work done and once again, ABC glass did an outstanding job. When there were minor issues such adjustments of the door, etc., ABC was very prompt in coming and addressing all the issues at no cost and to our complete satisfaction. It is hard to find a company that strives to work so efficiently and seamlessly with the sole aim of delivering the best and to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
