I would definitely do business with ABC Glass and Mirror again! I broke one of my garage door glass panes and they weren't only the cheapest in the area they got me a new pane in a day's time after I gave them the measurements. Very professional and courteous and I even had to bring back the glass pane because my measurements were a little off and they fixed it right away. I highly recommend them to everyone for you glass and mirror needs!!!

I had a large second story picture window replaced. ABC used a 6 man crew, Rick, Dave, Eli, Brandon, Josh and Mario, They were timely, efficient, courteous and polite. They did a great job and I would use the company again and highly recommend them.

Rick and Dave did an excellent job replacing glass in several windows and repairing a screen. They called ahead of time to tell me their time of arrival and were on time. Mark and Edgar installed a frameless glass shower enclosure in our master bathroom as part of a larger remodel. In the world today, it's hard to find good help and nice folks, but they knocked it out of the park. Arrived on time, we talked for a few minutes, I showed them the way, and they took it from there. Within an hour or two, we had a frameless surround installed, and it looks amazing. No issues - we couldn't be happier. True professionals, and I would use them and ABC Glass and Mirror without hesitation.

ABC Glass has done a wonderful job. They installed 3 glass shower doors earlier this year and just finished replacing 3 sets of window panes with oblique glass for privacy today. Brandon and his team came recently to install a shower glass enclosure, including a sliding door. I had ordered this two weeks before and an estimator came to set up the job. Other companies were invited to bid for the job as well. On evaluation of the bids, ABC resulted as the lowest qualified bidder. Brandon and team installed the glass shower stall perfectly: the manufacturing was perfectly done and the set fit very well. So estimator, manufacturing and installers all did an excellent job. I will certainly recommend ABC to others.

ABC glass did a wonderful job from start to finish. They were responsive from the initial email, provided us with a free quote and even came out to re-measure and give us another quote because we had to make some changes to the tiling. Richard, the sales associate was detail oriented and precise and took his time with the measurements. The installation crew, Emmanuel and Israel, was efficient and the work was done seamlessly. Everyone we interacted with patiently answered all our questions. What I really liked is the fact that they provided us with the information and guidance on hardware/ glass type / style without trying to upsell us. Also, after providing the initial quote they let us make our decision on our timeline without the typical excessive sales follow up that is the norm with most everything. Very much appreciated! The whole process was refreshingly pleasant and professional. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them.

Israel and Emmanuel installed our frameless shower recently -- and they were awesome. They arrived as agreed upon and finished the project in a very reasonable amount of time. They were friendly, courteous and very professional. ABC Glass was also great to work with -- and the rest of their staff interactions with us were wonderful, as well. Their pricing was great and we were thoroughly satisfied with the quality and final results, from start to finish!

We had a wonderful experience with ABC Glass & Mirror. The salesman/measurer, Ted, arrived when promised. He explained the various options, answering all our questions and going over the selections as we made them. The estimate was sent as promised and we were able to order our shower glass in a timely way. The installers, Edgar and Maric, arrived promptly and were most professional in installing the glass walls and door for our new shower. They did a very precise and neat job while answering our questions. They provided us with documentation on how to properly care for our beautiful new shower and cleaned up, leaving our bathroom spotless. We received the quote for 2 glass shower doors and could not get them to return to install or provide an update on status. The quote was done in October 2018 and early February 2019, no word from them. We moved on to another professional. Poor communication by the ABC Glass team. If they had a problem, the phone is an effective means of communication even in this day and age.

I have used ABC for both a new frameless shower enclosure, and a new vanity mirror. Both experiences were great from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and turn around time was amazing! Highly recommend.

The gentleman who took the measurements (Tom) did a great job explaining how everything would work and what the options are so I had a very accurate idea of what the result would look like. Israel and Emmanuel installed a new shower door and panel today. All aspects of their services were outstanding. They arrived promptly, introduced themselves, were courteous, polite, and professional in their work. The installation went smoothly, they cleaned up the site, and briefed us on the use of the door. Walk-in customer. Took a large mirror from a bathroom remodel to have it cut into 2 specific sizes for a DIY home project. Certainly not a major or high cost project (less than $100), but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The work was completed in less than 24 hours. The mirrors were cut and edges polished perfectly to the size requested. Picture included of our DIY project!

We remodeled our house with a complete redo of all the bathrooms (six) with the inclusion of shower doors and glass shelving for all the showers in 4 bathrooms. In addition, we added several mirrors throughout the closets and the gym. Given the nature and scope of the work, this was a custom job. After meeting and getting quotes from 4 local reputed vendors, we decided to hire ABC glass for these reasons- their promptness in keeping the timing for appointments, the very reasonable and yet competitive pricing and the extremely friendly and yet respectful staff. Their flexibility in helping us with the design elements that were different for each of the bathrooms combined with the different choices were very helpful for us in arriving in what we wanted effortlessly. Visiting their show room was certainly a very unique experience. We were greeted like getting into a friend’s house and there was free candy for all! From the first day starting with the measurements and through out the completion of the project, several teams were involved- the measurement team, the quoting team, the installation team and the billing team- all working in unison and aiming to meet our requirements. Subsequent to the major work, we had a few additional work done and once again, ABC glass did an outstanding job.
