I wish they had a star for not recommending at all. Purchased expensive Master suite faucets and fixtures from a company recommended and ordered by Advance salesperson. Finish failed within a matter of 4 years. Notified Advance salesperson that they corroded and we were informed they were manufactured in China by Sigma. A number of years of going back and forth for resolution with manufacturer we were allowed a small discount to repurchase new faucets from the same manufacturer we originally ordered from. We only ordered shower fixtures due to our no access shower. installation Our plumber removed the crumbling shower faucets etc. saying he has never seen anything like this before. We ordered the rest of the Master suite fixtures from Kohler which is still made in America but not through Advance. Unfortunately we found them not able to provide assistance with previous purchase other than placing another order.

We purchased all of our sanitary, bathrooms and kitchen products for our renovated home at Advanced Pluming. They not only have a huge variety, but a good amount of displays that are really helpful in making the right choice. We received an excellent customer service and consultation on products from Ada and Josh. Total professionals who know the ins and outs of every product, pros cons and great advise. Jeff worked with us on getting the optimized discounted pricing and getting the products as quickly as possible. We have truly enjoyed working with this super experienced staff!!! Highly recommended!!!!

I have remodeled all four of my bathrooms, and have bought all of the fixtures (shower heads, sink faucet kits, rough-ins, etc.) from Advance Plumbing. Their staff their is the most helpful of any place I've been. They are very knowledgeable, offer great suggestions in your price range, and are willing to spend the time to help you figure it all out. Plus, their prices are really good, too! The easiest part of all of my remodels was finding the right fixtures. Moving out of state soon, and hope I can find a place just as good as Advance for my next project. p.s. I've worked mostly with Barb there, and she's fantastic, but the others I occasionally worked with were great, too! Also, I had an issue getting a shower door on time, and they updated me regularly on the progress of when it would be shipped, arrival time, etc. You do not get that with the big box stores.

Often too busy to provide good communication and find out what contractors actually need but, they do try. Their storage facility did not give me piece of mind because many of the products I saw were weathered or water damaged. Documented reports of malfunctioning products and low safety standards in their products worried me too much to make a large deal. You really only get piece of mind when going to a large vendor (e.g. Lowe's or Home Depot) because they will offer you a true warranty on their products and not a verbal confirmation that "this should work". I wanted to give them a better review but, the company has obvious problems that can easily be addressed (especially when they claim to have been in the business for around 100 years).

I have been working with Advance Plumbing for many years. Their customer service, product line and knowledge of the plumbing industry surpasses any other plumbing supply that we have dealt with. They have an impressive showroom that creates a great environment for product selection that is staffed with sales personnel that really have a vast knowledge of plumbing fixtures. The Owner Jeff Moss has great values and really knows how to create a happy client. His sons Josh and Justin are following in their fathers footsteps with integrity, superior customer service and good business practices.

As a designer, the places we bring our clients reflect upon our own style as well. I have worked with Advance Plumbing for several years and have brought dozens of clients in the showroom. I am always impressed with the level of knowledge and detail that each team member has at Advance Plumbing. From initial design selections, reading plans and elevations, ordering, and at times, changing our minds and switching items, we are always given the highest level of attention and customer service. I truly enjoy bringing my clients here and giving them the experience of a top level plumbing supply company. Behind the scenes, I have always had such a high level of communication with my reps, ordering by phone, email, sending documents back and forth to make sure we have everything exactly right. The contractors desk is a welcome place and I am always greeted with a smile by the team. From the billing and ordering department upstairs to the front sales team in the showroom, I am made to feel like Advance Plumbing is a place where I fit in, where I can confidently create designs for my clients.
