I worked with Fernanda at this showroom to buy some things for my kitchen/bathrooms. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the service was there. Fernanda was knowledgeable about the products, was patient with my family and I while we picked everything out, and made really great recommendations. I definitely recommend AF plumbing based on my wonderful experience there.

My contractor found this gem of a showroom recently and hooked me up with Monica Marte. She assisted us in picking and choosing bathroom fixtures and appliances for my elderly parents ADA/handicapped bathroom reconstruction. She was VERY patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She subsequently helped us with two other bathrooms. The showroom is very well laid out with higher end quality brands in a very unassuming building.

A kitchen/bath wonderland. A huge selection of high end accessories that are time tested and cutting edge, on trend - leading trend. Kathleene in showroom sales is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Responsive, answers all of your questions, calls you back and quick response to emails. Awesome! Note: careful with apple maps, sends you a couple of miles down the road.

In a word, fantastic. I needed a new kitchen faucet for my new home that I'm currently renovating. I was overwhelmed to say the least and was getting more confused the more I searched online. So I took a ride to AF Supply. Thankfully, the salesperson Kathleene came right over to me and helped narrow down the choices. AF Supply had many beautiful choices and I found myself making notes for my next trip there. Kathleene answered all my questions, gave me ideas, and in the end, helped me select the perfect faucet. I wanted to highlight the great work that Melissa Ridgely and AF Supply did in helping us create our dream master bathroom. We were very particular about matching the hardware to our vision, and she was very patient in reviewing the various choices we could make. There were a lot of technical considerations that made her support especially helpful…such as the steam shower installation (music, Bluetooth, aromatherapy) and the bidet toilet as well. The AF Supply showroom is a great place to see and touch the different styles of hardware to see which fit your needs.

Melissa Rdigely guided me thru an unending amount of choices in bathroom fixtures and I believe I got more than I had expected. Everything looks and works fabulous. The design choices look perfect for the space. Everything is easy to maintain. I love the faucet - it swivels from side to side so you have more room in using the sink. The shower head, hand held and rain shower perform they way Melissa said they would, she was right on point. You can tell we are enjoying the total experience of our new bathroom as our water bill has gone up !

I bought my Infinity drain from Kathleene Campbell at HB&S. I was originally going to buy a different drain from another company that Hardware Bath & Spa also carried, but she let me know that Infinity was a higher quality drain and came with a great guarantee. I had no idea drains could be so complicated. I went to the showroom to check out both brands and I could immediately see that Infinity was the way to go. She put in a lot of time with me for a pretty small purchase. Later, I was also thinking of putting in glass shower doors and even though we decided not to do it she was lovely to work with. She was always timely in getting back to me with any question that I had. I sent her drawings and she was able to get me pre-estimates from the shower glass company without them having to come to the house to measure. If I re-do another bathroom in my house, I will definitely call Kathleene at HB&S.

We bought a Toto Dartmouth toilet through AF Supply's Fairfield showroom. We visited the store several times and each time was assisted by Melissa Ridgely. Melissa was very informative and helpful each visit, and has a charming personality. She guided us through the selection process without any uncomfortable sales pressure. I've been working with Melissa at Hardware Bath & Spa for a few years now. I bring all my clients here because they have the best showroom around. Their showroom is very large and they carry a ton of vendors. The showroom is laid out in a very streamlined manner so everything is easy to see and my clients don't get overwhelmed. Melissa is helpful, prompt, extremely knowledgeable on their products and is great with follow through. I highly recommend Melissa and Hardware Bath and Spa in Fairfield! I have only had good experiences bringing my clients here. A happy client = a happy designer:)
