About Us

Amba Products was established in 2004 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, starting off by supplying heated towel racks/towel warmers to only a few local retailers. As the company has grown, so has our product offering: Amba now offers close to 150 different heated towel racks and special-order models as well . We now sell our products to 2000+ retailers throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Our mission is to upgrade all bathrooms with Heated Towel Racks!

When they need to be repaired the company will send you the part and its upto you to pay to have the new parts put on. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND

Hey Kirk, we have reviewed your case and wanted to clarify;
You purchased a Traditional Heated Towel Rack in July of 2016, in March of 2017 you called due to issues with this unit's heating element. We promptly sent you a replacement element and instructions on how to install. 9 Months later on December 20th 2017 you called in and told us that you couldn't find a handyman to install this element — Mark then offered to have your towel rack shipped back to our office so we could then repair it and ship it back, at our cost — we just needed you to package up the unit and let us know when/where we would need to arrange for it to be shipped back to us. This review was posted the day after we had this conversation — we have done what we can to try remedy this situation, and are still willing to repair your heated towel rack. This is a Fantastic company with great products and customer service. AMBA radiant heat warmers have a number of applications beyond just heating towels like the one we installed in this laundry room used to dry clothes and shoes. This product can reduce moisture and significantly heat a small room. People install them on their boats and RVs to dry clothes and shoes as they use minimal energy (about as much as a couple light bulbs). And the bottom line is they are the most reasonably priced towel warmer on the market that will last you a lifetime.
