“Our new Toto toilet stopped flushing properly in December. After repeated calls to the builder who installed it, who said he was waiting to hear back from his supplier, I decided to fix it myself. Three months, plus being shut indoors due to COVID-19, was enough. I did a Google search to learn what was wrong, what part I needed and where to find it. The service at Supply.com was outstanding. I ordered on the website and received the part the next day. This repair, that I had waited so many months for, took under 5 minutes! In the future, I'll be ordering from them, rather than waiting for a pro to come and do the job. By the way, I will not be buying another Toto toilet, ever again. (We've installed them in our last 3 houses with no problems.) This was the second toilet that was installed. The first lacked the final coat on the porcelain. That was awful!”
