Beeson Decorative Hardware & Plumbing

An interior designer friend told me about Beeson when we were remodeling our kitchen a few years ago. I had never heard about them but was so impressed with their selection in their showroom. I found the perfect cabinet hardware and they made the process so easy to take samples home to figure out what would work best. I wish I would've known about them earlier and I probably would have also used them for more of the project and my previous bathroom remodel. They did a great job helping me place my order and providing order updates. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. They are a hidden gem in the High Point/Greensboro area! Highly recommend!

I bought a Toto Toilet at this store online, at the time I bought it I was told that will be shipped that same day or the next day, after 5 days I emailed the store to find out the status of the order and the next day I was informed by Ashley Crigger the Office Manager, that the order could not be processed as their credit card processing company deemed the charge as suspicious/fraudulent. I called my credit card right away to find out, and they say that the transaction was approved and is under pending status. I called again this lady and sent her several emails informing her what I was told by my credit card with no answer whatsoever, after the 3rd day of trying, she finally answered and told me the same excuse, I felt so bad, frustrated, so helpless with this lady, I have excellent credit, the name is the same as the credit card, same shipping address, same billing address I called from my phone, the same # the appears in the card, and this lady is keeping saying same excuse? What happened is, they did not have the item, they are selling something that they don’t have physically in the store and they were not able to find the item anywhere at the price they sold it to me. That, I can understand, what is unacceptable is that she keeps telling me the same excuse and that she can’t tell me why the credit department rejected as suspicious/fraudulent the transaction. Very bad, bad store service, I do not recommend it. Buyers save your time, don't fall into the same trap, and go elsewhere to buy, this store is a nightmare. LV

Unprofessional, ordered a Franke Sink PRX120 sold on HOUZZ ....Pictured with the small sink on the right side, received sink with the small sink on the left side.....PRX 120-LH was written on the box not printed with Franke Labeling....Franke information was removed from the box, sink was packed upside down, no Styrofoam or shrink wrap supporting it, loosely wrapped sink....no template included for sink cutout for Granite/Marble fabricators to use, no mounting hardware included for undercabinet installation...got nowhere with Beeson to remedy this problem! Discraceful! Caused a big problem and delay for installation of kitchen

I have been dealing with Beeson since I worked at a local kitchen cabinet shop and they have always been fabulous. I am now in Real Estate and know exactly who to call when I need to make just the right statement.

We highly recommend Beeson's for your next kitchen (or bath) remodel! They have a great selection in their showroom with a wide range of price points. We worked with Hannah to find our cabinet/drawer pulls. She was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on all of their products. I started off looking for cabinet pulls at Lowe's and Home Depot. Beeson's had better quality for the same price along with the design consultations with Hannah! We'll definelty go back this coming year when we remodel our bathrooms!

Needed a quote on 3 bathroom fixtures. Beeson gave an amazing deal on all of the fixtures, as well as gave an added touch of elegance with some of the more sleek designed products they carry.
