They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“As a professional interior designer for over 30 years, this is the company that I used to remodel my OWN house. I wouldn't trust anyone other that Floor To Ceiling in Elk Grove. 4 years ago, I decided it was time to remodel my house. I had all of the flooring and countertops replaced. Rob, Debbie and everyone else in the showroom are so helpful. They came up with ideas that I hadn't even thought of including the great circular glass tile backsplash in my kitchen. And the installers were wonderful. Temperatures were over 100 degrees the week the work was done. The skies were black due to California fires burning throughout the state. You couldn't even see across the street. But these hardworking people never complained. They got the work done on time, were polite, clean, and very professional. It looks great! I have, and will continue to recommend Floor To Ceiling in Elk Grove to anyone who is considering remodeling. You won't be sorry that you chose the best.”

“My husband and I are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom by Palazzo Kitchens & Baths! New cabinets by 6 Square, granite counter tops, under counter LED lights, gorgeous glass tile for the back splash, tall baseboards, raising the ceiling and a vinyl floor that looks like hard wood by DuChateau in the kitchen. Felipe also suggested lowering a wall that opens up the kitchen and family room space. I wasn’t that sold on the idea but it makes a world of difference. New vanity, granite counter top and new faucet /shower hardware, mirror and wall sconces in the bathroom. Both the kitchen/family room and bathroom have new LED can lights and we love the look. The kitchen is a dream to use now and my husband now feels like he is in a hotel bathroom. I really appreciate Palazzo’s beautiful showroom. It is truly a one stop shopping experience for a remodel. They have many simulations for kitchens and bathroom. These are helpful for selecting products and also eliminating choices. Felipe Franca is a powerhouse – professional, knowledgeable and has outstanding design skills. Jennifer in the showroom is an absolute jewel and her knowledge and suggestions were valuable to me. Mark and Oddie in the showroom answered numerous questions during the remodel process. The work crews are hardworking and focused. Ronaldo and Checke – you are masters of your craft.
