I was looking to upgrade from my plastic cutting boards to something that was sturdier but didn't come with a high maintenance overhead. I actually came across cuttingboard.com via their blog posts and I reached out to the site owner with some more questions and they responded very quickly with personal recommendations & tips. I'm now the proud owner of a Proteak board and I couldn't be happier with the choice!

I decided to upgrade my warped cherry wood cutting board to a Proteak by recommendation from a friend, and I'm glad I did! The Proteak feels much sturdier and "heartier", and I can tell from the natural oils that it won't dry out and warp like my old one even with regular oiling and maintenance. The cuttingboard.com website was super easy to navigate, browse, and search; and the clean interface made it easy for me to compare options and find the cutting board for me. I really like the blog with tips! The entire experience - buying through receiving the cutting board - was perfect, exactly how online purchases should happen. Very easy navigation and clean site. The selection was great. I am a big fan of John Boos cutting boards and the Au Jus board was just what I needed for my roasts for the holidays. They also have a good selection of knives. I found the knives and cutting boards' product descriptions very helpful in my selection.
