My husband and I just finishing building a house together. It was a tedious and stressful 6 months. Once we got to the stage of having to pick out all the fixtures for the house. Our plumber reccomended designer bath. We went to them and to several other places but felt most comfortable with salem plumbing. We worked with someone called Michelle Ritchie who was very prof radioman and at ease to work with. This was a whole house project so we had to do each bathroom and we had 3. Michelle was outstanding in the entire process with her vast knowledge about the plumbing industry and her patience in assisting us with the design, products, ordering questions and shipping. Simply put, I could never have renovated two gutted baths in a 1910 craftsman style house, without Sharon Hunt and Designer Bath & Salem Plumbing Supply (known locally as "Salem Bath".) Sharon's easy demeanor, knowledge, taste, patience, honesty and frank opinions were more than I ever expected despite my contractor's urging me to call Sharon for over 8 months!! She saved me from major mistakes and gently guided me to all the right design and fixtures which involved all plumbing, sinks, toilets, shower doors, vanities,accessories, and lighting fixtures and coordinating all with my tile and wallpaper choices for flooring and walls. Despite the impression that Salem Bath is very expensive, Sharon was sensitive to my budget and happy to direct me to less expensive but still high quality options - a major help in bathrooms where quality of plumbing is paramount and expense can go out of control.
