Top quality workmanship and top level service. We love our kitchen, our bathrooms our laundry room, our back porch addition, our front porch and entry remodel, our central air. We have done a lot of small and major projects with Dave and Steve over the several years. They are very knowledgeable about materials, finishes and techniques and given the amount of custom moldings and plaster matching they had to fabricate for our 19th century Victorian they were quite reasonable. They were accommodating to change orders and adapted well to surprises as we opened up walls and floors. They also have a good list of subs they can readily mobilize to tackle pretty much all the details of any major renovation or addition. Post project follow ups and touch ups have always been prompt as well. Highly recommended.

Duo Design did my kitchen renovation and they did a fantastic job. The craftsmenship is remarkable and they were a delight to work with. They made sure that I could continue living here during the entire renovation and did a fantastic job troubleshooting problems and correcting them quickly. Dave & Steve make a fantastic team. While both capable of aluxury level installation, It is their balanced roles in handling the business end as well as they do the actual carpentry that makes them such a strong and in demand firm in the market. There are few artists out there and sadly fewer that are also organized and capable business men. Duo Design can be a true asset to any project.

We hired Duo Design LLC to renovate most of our townhouse. Everyone says you will end the job not liking your General Contractor, but with David and Steven this was not the case. On a personal level they are great nice people. On the job they are respectful, professional and their work has been very detailed. Any issues we have had on the site, which was never caused by Duo Design LLC, they made sure to take care of it immediately. They were always on time, and very neat.

We hired Duo Design to renovate our two bedroom home in a walk up brownstone. From day one when I contacted them, they were personable, professional, courteous and extremely responsive. All key qualities that are VERY hard to find in a contractor. David was excellent about providing various prices for various scenarios and we ended up hiring him to take care of everything. His price was EXTREMELY fair. During the construction process David was great about making any changes or modifications we decided upon and got them taken care of immediately. He was also very careful not to open up a can of worms, being that the building is over 100 years old. DAVID AND HIS CREW WERE GREAT! Hard workers, very professional and trustworthy. I love my kitchen. The tile floor, tile back splash, granite countertops all came together with the expertise of Duo Design Home Improvement. They were very professional, gave me good advice when it came to choosing colors and tiles. They were easy to get along with and would highly recommend them.
