Hello, We came across Focal Point Hardware online, while we were searching for linear drains. Upon calling their number, we were assisted by Jonathan - a very professional and courteous CSR. He gave us the cost estimates for the drains we wanted and all seem to be handled well. We got the drains in timely manner but as any project goes, we got nasty surprise (once the old stuff was removed) that the new drains would not fit due to technical and physical limitations. We called Jonathan and he was again very courteous and assisted us in determining which drain would be appropriate for our needs. We discovered that we needed a custom drain so got a quote from the manufacturer (through Jonathan) and it was going to be a month long wait or pay more $$ to expedite. This is where his exceptional customer service came in - he clarified with the manufacturer and relayed to us that even if we pay expedite fees, there will be delay due to holidays and other logistical reasons beyond his controls. He not only saved us from wasting money to expedite but set the correct expectations up front about the expedited delivery times!! We were disappointed that our project had to be halted for at least a month but it was not anyone's fault!! 5 business days later, literally on Christmas Eve, we got our custom linear drains delivered to us!! I have no idea how Jonathan made it happen but THANK YOU Jonathan and Infinity Drains for wonderful Christmas present!! Project has since been completed and we can not say enough how professional, smooth, and calm Jonathan kept the process even with the issues we faced. Last but not least, Focal Point Hardware was generous for letting us return the original linear drains that were purchased with only restocking fees. I will definitely recommend Focal Point Hardware to my friends and family and would come back to them for additional hardware items we may need in the future.
