“I had my bathroom remodeled this spring, doing the design myself. I knew the vanity had to be the centerpiece for the room, and I had some ideas of how I wanted it to look. I searched on Houzz, and found the PERFECT vanity, but not in the size and color I wanted. I wrote to the company and asked about getting my preference. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the one I wanted was being manufactured, but might be a bit behind my contractor's timeline. As it turned out it was delayed due to the shipping strike, and it arrived quite a bit late, but we worked around that. (I also had a great contractor!) I must have written an email to Ricky every few days to check on the status, and he always replied cheerfully with an update. Several of my friends suggested I find another similar vanity, but nothing was as gorgeous to me as the one he had designed, so I opted to wait. In the meantime, I sent him photos of my floor, tile, and other components seeking his design counsel. He gave me excellent advice, suggestions and rationale for all of my questions about color, etc. He helped me make sure that the bead board I selected for my walls and the custom marble ledge on my pony wall would match the vanity. When delivery day came, the vanity was delivered in perfect condition, and it FAR exceeded my expectations. It is simply beautiful; very well made, solid wood, and perfect in every way! I highly recommend Ari and Ricky for the design, construction, and most of all the incredible customer service Ricky provided during the remodeling project. I am a very happy customer!”
