This hood is everything we imagined. Beautiful and so well made plus very easy to install. It’s so eye catching, everyone has been asking where we got it. Not only are they making incredible hoods, their customer service is amazing. I had many questions along the way and every single person I interacted with was so very helpful and kind.

The customer service people at Hoodsly should give classes to other businesses! They answer questions in a timely manner, keep you in the loop every step of the way. Everyone who walks in our kitchen admires the stained gray, curved hood- beautiful. Thanks Hoodsly, for great customer service and a fantastic hood. Pleasure working with you.

Hood arrived earlier than expected and was perfect. My contractor had a few questions and the professionals at Hoodsly were very helpful.

Order process was good, site was easy to navigate and customize hood design but you can definitely tell it’s a company that is trying to snatch money wherever they can. Everything costs significantly extra and I’m not exactly sure why. Sure, if you are adding material cost or if it required different tooling then I could understand but they are supposedly building every hood custom, no? So if dimensions change slightly (I.e they allow you to select it from a pre existing design) then why would there be such a high cost difference (10-20% or more) for every selection? In the end, expect the sticker price to double by the time it arrives at your door. This I feel is disingenuous and an extremely sleazy business practice. The advertising and google hit prioritization on a product that is not delivered for the advertised price is off putting and makes it seem like a money grab kinda company or (more likely) a techy middleman that runs the site and business end while “outsourcing” the manufacturing at a significant profit margin. Finally why such a low rating? The delivery service they used was absolutely atrocious! This, plus the website is most likely the only direct customer interaction with the company. I understand they contract out the last mile delivery but they really need to do a better job (at least in my case) vetting the curriers. Absolutely atrocious communication and customer service from the delivery service. From flat out getting hung up on when trying to schedule the delivery, to “that’s not my problem” approach, it took every inch of me to not to cancel the order entirely and demand a refund just from the delivery experience. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and wanted to continue my construction project. So I proceeded. Overall quality of the product is “fair” it does not have a premium feel or look up close and I would not recommend if trying to match a high end kitchen. When ordering I did expected it to be more “budget” oriented, but by the time I payed what I did (explained earlier) I would much rather have spent the few hundred dollar difference and gone with a local custom maker.

I love my sexy new HOOD! In the middle of a massive remodel of a new home to us, but older home. This beauty was exactly what I wanted. The design I came up with (a dreaded corner wall oven install- hey, sue me. The huge space screamed for it) was given a leery side-eye by the husband, but once we put up the sexy Hoodsly, it made him smile. *Leans in to whisper to you* I named the Hoodsly Mae West on account of her figure eight. The crew at HOODSLY were right on point. Their product arrived exactly how I expected it would – even on the day it was supposed to! Congrats to them on that! AND *insert Drum roll here…* It exceeded my expectations on quality. Seriously, people. If you are in need of one show-stopping piece in your kitchen a HOODSLY is the way to go!

Your work is not only a hood but amazing price of art. I have not had it installed yet so excited to see it installed. It was and is worth every cent spend on a beautiful piece of art. Thank you

We just finished our kitchen remodel. When we chose our cabinets, we did not care for the hood options that were available. After some research, we found Hoodsly and were delighted with the variety of styles and sizes they offered. I had a number of questions and was able to easily communicate with their customer service people. I would highly recommend them.

Everything arrived with perfection. The design makes installation so easy! All of my hoods will come from Hoodsly now! It came earlier than the date projected with updates every step of the process.

We purchased a sloped range hood from Hoodsly at the end of June 2022. The projected delivery date was July 29th and the hood arrived safely packaged on July 22nd. We requested a different height and the Hoodsly craftsmen delivered it at the requested height. We are happy with our experience with Hoodsly.

The hood is top professional quality. Their white paint color blends nicely with existing cabinet color. Easy to install, gives instant beautiful look

I ordered the Navy Hood with Brass Straps. I think it is beautiful. I spoke with an customer service representative on the phone who was very helpful and patient. I wasn’t sure what color I wanted to choose for my new kitchen so they sent me a handful of free samples which I thought was very nice. They came very quickly too. I was fortunate that their navy colored hood matched my navy cabinets perfectly, so I ordered the Navy Hood with brass strappings. I set up an appointment with an associate for a FaceTime meeting. The employee was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable about all of the products and told me simple terms how to measure so that I would get the correct hood size. I was also able to use a discount code for St. Patrick’s Day which was helpful. I put the discount toward rushing the order so that I could get it up in my new kitchen. The hood came in about five weeks. It is beautiful. There is only one thing that is an issue with this hood. I try not to focus on it but it is a bit of a shame. The brass strapping on the front upper right side is warped and it seems to be highlighted with the light coming from my island pendants. I know that things can get damaged when they are being delivered, but I just wish that there’s damage happened somewhere in the back area of the hood. It basically looks like what happens to a car when it gets a little dent. I love it, but I hope that people do not notice it. There are a few nicks on the brass as well. I think I would recommend to people to not add on the brass work. Overall, I do think it is a nice looking hood. Now that I look at it as I write this review I found another little warped piece of brass. Darn it. I still recommend this company. This is just a little bit of a bump in my product I guess . I am not seeing a place for me to add a picture. I think it would be very helpful for me to add it because when we see that the warping is probably not noticeable right away, but to me I see it all the time as it is on the front of the hood. I just love the color of the navy though. Here are some photos of my hood. I am still waiting for the backsplash to be delivered and be put up and installed behind it. I do not know if the warped brass will show up in the photos.

I was delighted with the options available for range hoods. I thought that this level of customization would be much more expensive and be delayed as all other things ordered on internet. Not only were they timely with high quality but delivery was free!! They keep you informed every step of the process. Fantastic and Well Done! Highly recommended.

I ordered a hood from the warehouse sale section- we were in a pinch and needed a hood quickly. The customer service people were so helpful on the phone making sure the hood would work in my space and with a fan I had already purchased. We received the hood very quickly, and it is absolutely gorgeous. If I ever renovate another kitchen I will absolutely purchase another hood from Hoodsly!
