Absolutely horrific experience with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Took a pre-order for a heater. The company could not deliver the product after 3 months of waiting. As of 03/2021, do NOT buy ANYTHING pre-order from Hudson Reed. They have lost total control of their product line and cannot deliver on anything they are promising at the present time.
Do Not Buy ANY Hudson Reed products. A $400.00 shower control is rendered useless after two years. The unit started leaking, which it shouldn't have, and Hudson Reed straight out Refuses to help because the customer doesn't have a order number. The owner's contractor bought the item and disappeared. Would Any reputable company so this? No, they wouldn't

I installed a Hudson Reed shower system for a client. The system is having problems and my client made a warranty claim. The claim number is NUM606473X. I am very disappointed by the lack of support! In my opinion, Hudson Reed does not stand behind their products! I no longer recommend their products.
Do NOT buy. - I purchased shower system and a hose was broken in a few months and they sent a wrong size hose as a replacement. Due to wrong size connection, it doesn't fit and causes water leakage problem. they said " we would suggest that a few wraps of Teflon Tape be used on the connection and this should create a watertight seal." instead of shipping a right size of hose. OMG... Are you serious? DO NOT BUY Hudson Reed. Worst!
I posted this review on another website but was taken down. They claimed that I did not buy it from their website and left a malicious review. Very bad customer service. Recently bought a home with a 2-valve shower. It looks very new but is dripping heavily since I moved in. I asked for help if it can be repaired. The customer service keeps asking me the order number. "We can not provide further help if you are not the account holder". If it injures someone, should I blame the original buyer? No parts on the website. Do not buy it if you want a shower to last.
I purchased a shower with an exposed valve from Hudson Reed. My plumber attempted to install it today - and discovered that the 1/2" water supply pipes that we had installed, per the specs, didn't fit into the connector. After a couple of calls to customer service and after sending photos to tech support, Hudson Reed admitted that the fixture had been sent out with the wrong size connection attached, and agreed to send out a replacement set. However, when I asked Hudson Reed to expedite the shipping, they refused. I understand that wrong parts get sent sometimes, but it seems ridiculous not to assist a customer by expediting the replacement. Instead, they said it would take 3 business days to even get the correct part in the mail. This seems really unreasonable, given that I now have to pay a plumber to come back for a second day of installation - which will cost me more than the $650 fixture did. UPDATE: Still no sign of the new connection for the shower, and no call back from a supervisor, either. In the meantime, I have tried to install two radiators that I bought from Hudson Reed. I waited months for the feet to arrive, so they've been sitting in my house since February. But guess what? Those valves are the wrong size! So I had to send my plumber away again and am now waiting for replacement parts on the radiators. What a headache! I can't believe the time and money this store is costing me. The customer service is just terrible - no follow up, you have to explain everything multiple times, send pictures, call back - such a hassle. I will never do business with this company again.
Purchased a wonderful, stylish radiator. Works great. Will probably replace all of the baseboards in the house with their product.
I often use Hudson Reed products in our remodels. The products are truly unique, and unlike anything else available on the market. The quality is also top notch. The reason for 4 stars is that the company is based in the UK which does make customer service, shipping, return and exchanges a tremendous hassle. If you are looking for a unique fixture Hudson Reed provides quality at a good price.
Purchased Shower system
"Beware!" BAD Customer service! I purchased a shower system from them and before my shipment even arrived the price had dropped. I requested to have the difference refunded but they said they can't do that and I would have to Pay to return the shower head and reorder the same one on discount. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! How does that make sense that you want me to pay and return the item when you can just refund the difference. The difference is $40, the shipping is $30, but I going to return it anyway just to cut there profit by $40 and save $10. I was thinking about buying another shower set from them for my other bathroom but now I will look elsewhere. You would think they would want to accommodate to there customers so they would purchase other products from them in the future. This is a sign of a bad company.
I have a hydronic towel rack and a traditional radiator of theirs installed in my home. Both work great and are beautiful. Haters gonna hate, but I would recommend this company to anyone needing radiators.
I purchased a shower system withba defective part that continuoulsly leaked. My contractor removed the part in order to find a replacement locally. After he was unable, he requested I contact the company for a replacement, and their rep requested I provide a picture or video displaying the leak. I informed the rep that the part has already been removed but she insisted on the video or picture. The other option that i was given was to contact the sales team and purchase a replacent part. They even provided me with the part number that i needed to buy! No more Hudson Reed for us!

Run away from Hudson Reed! I placed an order of a towel warmer about a week ago. So far I have no ideai when it will ship. By phone, a representative told me it would ship yesterday, which did not happen. Today I was told that they don't know when it will ship. On top of that, my order according to them, will ship from a supplier in the UK. Also, during e-mail communications, they frequently called me by the name of another customer, which leads me to think that there is a risk that I'll get someone else's product. Avoid yourself the hussle, it is not worth it!
