Kirby assisted us with the design of our kitchen. We changed the design multiple times and he was very patient as we made our changes. He ensured that the backsplash and grout matched, the cabinets fit, and we were pleased with everything before the design was finalized. He spent many hours with us and was not pushy.

Kirby Mast did an excellent job helping us with our bathroom renovation. He was very friendly, professional and offered many good suggestions. He took his time with us on our meetings as we often changed our minds on products and fixtures. We never felt pressured. The installers did a fantastic job with their workmanship. Kirby oversaw 3 bathroom renovations for our home and did an amazing job. This was the easiest home project we've completed. After seeing our existing bathroom, Kirby created a visual and written plan for our new bathroom. He promptly met with us to discuss the suggested plan in detail, and patiently helped us choose the items that we wanted to include in our bathroom (tile, countertops, vanities, etc). Kirby is not only good at designing plan for kitchens and bathrooms, but he is excellent at communicating, following through and solving any issues that may come up. We went to Hartville Hardware to plan a remodel of our main bathroom. We had already used Hartville Hardware to completely remodel our kitchen a few year ago and are very please with the results. We knew what we wanted to accomplish, so when we met with Kirby he listened, then gave us guidance in materials and colors to create the bathroom that would fit our needs.
