We found Nitin by reading reviews on web sites like this one. From the outset, he demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness to our requests. He established the scope of the project, confirmed our budget constraints and quality expectations before presenting us with a detailed proposal, and a very reasonable cost estimate. All of this was supported with computer drawings and precise on-site measurements. He led us through the project schedule and recommended suppliers and materials. He did his very best to adhere to that schedule, despite some unforeseen issues with external suppliers. For our project, Nitin's response truly went beyond the call. His trades people were all top notch. Nitin provided daily updates and frequent on site visits to review both project quality and progress. The final result exceeded our expectations. We recently (June 2017) renovated our entire kitchen and Nitin from Kitchen Cabinet Source was a real pleasure to work with! He patiently sat at length to help us with the design of our kitchen and made sure that we maximized on space and utility. We went through a number of changes on the design itself but he was very accommodating and understood our needs and priorities. He is very organized and professional – from his 3-D design printouts to prompt quotations and on-time deliverables! The quality and finish of his work is excellent! There were no surprises and all potential changes and challenges were identified immediately, so that they could be addressed at a reasonable cost. The entire team maintained a clean and safe working environment.

I hired them for a new build kitchen design and install. Nitin had some great ideas and interesting upgrades. We designed then finalized colours and measurements. They delivered then installed the cabinets on schedule. Any issues I had they came back to fix right away. The kitchen looks great and was a great price!!

This was our first reno project of this scale and were pretty clueless and nervous about the process. Nitin walked us through the whole process and was extremely methodical. Not only did Nitin guide us on design choices, he was a great guiding force in sourcing materials/appliances of great quality at a great price. Finally, the project delivered on time and the kitchen turned out better than it was imagined due to improvisations recommended by Nitin along the way. I can go on and on but the bottomline is the Nitin is the first contractor we came across who under-promised and over-delivered.

My recent kitchen renovation was 21 plus years in the making! We inherited our kitchen - not bad shape 21 years ago! But over the years of wear and tear and growing children and many parties .... it WAS time! I am so happy that I found Kitchen Cabinet Source and Nitin (General contractor). I did my homework and interviewed all the contractors for the BIGGEST job yet in my house! I am so pleased, happy and content with the complete kitchen renovation. Nitin's knowledge of product, appliances, trends was top notch. There are so many choices out there - he helped and directed me with his expertise. All the trades he brought in were respectful, professional and knowledgeable. It was certainly worth the wait. 2 plus weeks operating in a small kitchen in the basement was a challenge (especially for our teenage children) - but we managed. When I look in my kitchen now - I feel like I'm in someone else's home! Everything blends and works together for what I call a "Beyond a Martha Stewart" look! I purposely did not post pre, during and post pictures on social media, as I want friends, neighbours and eventually family from England to see if first hand. Taking pictures really does not do it justice. Nitin was very creative with some of his design suggestions - ideas that I would never have thought of myself. I had one idea - he had other ideas! Happy to say - his ideas were the best! He works with sub-contractors who are totally professional and experts in their respective areas. He organized and scheduled everything to a tee! Have to say that I was stressed during this period. Simply can't imagine how stressed I would have been, had I dealt directly with all the various trades and sub-contractors directly. I would strongly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Source/Nitin for many projects around the home. We are already working and saving towards some future projects with him.
