Lowe's of Pottstown, PA

I had gone to this Lowe's when my other Lowes was out of an item and I do not like to buy stuff on line. THe people here were very courteous, they did not jump on you when you first walked in, I was greated with a GOod afternoon and with smiles and everyone was so helpful! WUIll definetly go back!

My wife and I were making a huge investment to completely transform our very dated 1970's kitchen. This was a huge job as it included a full gut of the kitchen, ripping down walls, and exterior work as well. I put the bid out to several firms, and a friend suggested I do Lowe's as well (as she had a great experience with her kitchen). We ended up choosing Lowe's for several reasons and haven't regretted it at all, they simply did amazing work! From the beginning, Carol Jackson was knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. She worked very hard to help my wife and I plan our kitchen. She offered sound advice and adjusted the plan accordingly. She was present throughout the entire project and made sure the project was what we expected. We met Dave our contractor pretty early on in the process and I was thoroughly impressed. He demonstrated his knowledge of how to do the job and communicated well through out the process. The reason I liked Dave the best was he would communicate with us when questions were needed and I often would ask him for his professional advice (which was always sound). The only criticism that I had with the project was the counter company. They broke the counter 1 day before installing it, which delayed the install. The install was done sloppy once they did it. I worked with Carol and Dave to get it corrected and Lowe's backed up their word and corrected the install. I would 100% recommend (in fact I have already) Dave and Carol to anyone needing a big renovation as they clearly know what they are doing and were a pleasure to work with!

I went to this Lowe's looking for a primer to help cover-up old trim in my house that had a thick varnish. They were able to give me tips and point me in the direction of their All Purpose Primer and some scuff sander. Great store!!

From the minute we met Carol we knew we wanted to work with her and the Lowe's team. All we had to do was give her an idea of the type of kitchen we wanted, the colors we like, and our style. She literally created our dream kitchen with that information! She helped us to pick out every detail, down to the hardware on the cabinets. She was respectful of our choices, but also gave us her honest opinion of how those choices would work out together. We truly valued her opinion. Once David and his partner came out to our house to begin working, the experience continued to be amazing. They were always on time to work, cleaned up after themselves, and were very detail oriented. We would absolutely recommend this team to anyone interested in a kitchen renovation. In fact, we continue to visit Carol in the kitchen department for her opinion! We are currently finishing our basement and asked for her assistance on our bar counter top. She really has an eye for design and is wonderful to work with.
