We have worked with Susie for many years, renovating our kitchen, bathroom and also renovating a bathroom in our vacation condo up in Tahoe with spectacular results. Susie is intuitive with her customers. Once she knows our preferences, she is able to show us different brands and designs from the showroom that would suit our taste.. She is keen about how it would look and make suggestions as to what would fit better given the size of the rooms that are being remodeled. It is why we are now asking for her assistance in renovating another bathroom in our home. She has since helped us to select a modern and sophisticated vanity. We can't wait to see the mirror that she has suggested - very stream line and innovative. We would recommend Susie highly for her knowledge of her products, the quality of the work is excellent and the deadlines and budget were met.

These guys are incredible! When I went to the showroom, Susie, the owner, knew exactly what line of products would work best for my Victorian. She had tons of displays and knew which website and which product off the top of her head was like the one I liked but was the right size for my cabinets. She was similiarly helpful when it came to fixtures and she gave me a great price. I didn't want to buy something that looked home depot and I needed a fixture that is "no longer in fashion" but matches the rest of the house. Great advice, right product, fun to shop! I also had their plumber install it, he knew all about old houses and did an incredible job!

I worked with Phil at Lutz Pluming and what a joy. Phil helped me design my new bathroom with beautiful fixtures and helped me select appropriate fixtures for my new kitchen. He was helpful in answering questions, making suggestions within my budget. Even when I was not sure how something would look or fit into my small bathroom, Phil came to my house to see the space and saved me from buying more then I needed. What I received was service, which seems to be such a rarity today. I found this family business treating me as if I were family; they cared, took pride in their products and spent the time I needed to make decisions. This is a family run business and from the moment I walked into the showroom I was greeted warmly, shown a wide variety of products that fit my budget and they worked within my time frame. Their plumbers are very skillful and can install all the newer sophisticated plumbing faucets and accessories. One of my Grohe faucets was defective and they were at my house within an hour of my phone call to replace it. I love Lutz plumbing. They are the only plumbers I would call in San Francisco.
