“I am in the process of doing major renovations in two bathrooms. I am so confused and didn't know what features I should look for. This afternoon I visited the Ultimate Bath Store in Westborough (the best and most attractive bathroom supply showroom I have seen) and received outstanding service and information from the sales associate (very sorry I cannot remember her name). She was so patient with me and helped me to make a decision on a vanity/vanity top as well as plumbing fixtures. She answered all my questions and explained in depth about the various shower systems. I had mentioned I would also like to see other faucets for the guest bathroom, in addition to those displayed in the Westborough showroom, and she referred me to the Worcester showroom. She printed out the driving directions for me since my GPS doesn't work well, in addition to giving me brochures and a detailed description printout of the items I am very interested in purchasing. Amanda at the Ultimate Bath Store in Worcester greeted me very warmly and also provided outstanding service and information and is extremely knowledgable about bath products. She explained about bathtubs and bathtub wall panels available for my limited space, and gave me a few samples of the Tere-Stone wall panel material and its brochure. She went out her way and printed out the specification information sheets for me on a few tubs to help me make my decision. I realized it was after 5pm (which time the store should be closing), but she continued to answer any questions I had regarding the bathtub, and with a friendly smile. She said it didn't matter what time it was, and I was so impressed by her concern to help a customer. All lights in the store remained on which is also nice for the customer--I did not feel rushed. She also mentioned they offer a generous discount to all customers, which are a great plus. Because of the wonderful service I received from both stores, I will definitely buy all my bathroom needs from The Ultimate Bath Store and will highly recommend this company to friends and family.”
