Had an awful experience! An employee picked out the “proper” items I needed to ensure they were correct after being in my home first hand. Items were incorrect and did not fit so I returned them in November. I called repeatedly to get my refund and got no where until yesterday Feb 9th! I was finally refunded minus a 35% fee and another $15 fee that I was never told about because I never signed anything or was given any notification about this. One of my items was “not returnable” because I didn’t bring the top of the box which they told me after they held the item for 3 months in their store. I asked to be refunded anyway and was denied, the general manager told me you can’t return any item to any store without the original packaging. Now if you’re a consumer at ANY major store you know this to be incorrect. The only thing they did for all of this headache was tell me they would speak to their employees about taking so long. They did NOT care about losing a customer. They also finally returned my none refunded item to me by placing it in my mailbox ( how professional).

Excellent showroom and sales associates. I am a designer in the area and love coming to Millers to select my product for my projects. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and they have amazing customer service.
