“After using Briggs for a house we built 10 years ago, I would never go anywhere else. We have used cheap parts from the big box stores, but regret it every time. Briggs sells high quality bathroom and kitchen items like faucets, sinks, toilets, etc. Things like shower heads, faucets etc have a huge quality difference that end up costing you in the end. Our latest bathroom was the last experiment we did: the sink stuff was picked up at Briggs by the company helping us redo our hall bath. The shower pieces were on back-order so I took all the numbers and style info and thought I was ordering the same quality on-line. Stupid Stupid Stupid No! The shower pieces are lighter and the finish is horrible. The sink pieces are perfect looking. Plus, I believe the pieces you buy at a reputable place are guaranteed for life. We broke the vertical bar that a hand shower head was attached to (it was probably 3 years old). I walked into Briggs and they looked it up on the computer and replaced it on the spot. Don't go cheep!”
