Lou and his team exceeded my expectations. I own a two family rental property. The former 2nd floor tenants caused much water damage to the bathroom. Mold, rotting floor and subfloor. The bathroom needed to be totally gutted floor to ceiling including plumbing and wiring, removing claw foot bathtub and replacing it with a walk in shower, replacing toilet and vanity. Lou and his team were very professional. Lou went over the contract with me in detail, answered all my questions, and followed through on everything we discussed with no surprises. My current tenants contacted me to tell me how impressed they were with the team doing the work and how they did a perfect clean-up after each day of work. I have other projects that need to be completed as finances permit. I will definitely contract with Lou and his team again for these projects. A reputable, honest contractor is difficult to find.

Lou and his team are reliable, skilled, honest and great people to work with. PerfectView completed a remodel in 2014 that included turning two rooms into one great room, refinishing old hardwood floors, installing new construction windows, and lighting. Excellent work completed in a very reasonable time period. Then in 2016 we added an in-law suite. We were so comfortable and confident with Lou, that we didn't go out to bid - we knew PerfectView was going to do a beautiful job. The addition included 2,000 sq feet of in-law apartment with full kitchen and bath, a common mud-laundry space that connects old house to new beautifully, and a fully finished basement with guest room, full bath, and kid space, additional garage bay, and gorgeous common deck. This was a huge project! Lou's architectural drafter was excellent in bringing our ideas to paper, and Lou brought those plans to reality with skilled craftsmen and an excellent design assistant who anticipated the needs of an aging person. Not only was quality very important to us, but also trust. Lou's employees are very easy to work with, respectful, trustworthy, reliable and just nice people. Lou answered every single concern we had during the year-long planning and building process. He has great people working for him. Lou was always available by text and accommodating to our schedules. Would highly recommend PerfectView Remodeling.

We engaged PerfectView to provide us with a new kitchen ceiling and lighting. We are thrilled with the result! The entire process, from quote, to scheduling, to having the work done over the course of days, it all went very well. The PerfectView staff is meticulous about clean up, communicating what they're doing and why, as well as just being really nice people to work with. Communications during the project were excellent, along with responsiveness to additional items that arose. We can provide an unqualified recommendation for PerfectView.

My wife and I decided to finish the attic in our new home. We found Perfectview Remodeling on Angie's list. We call and made an appointment to get an estimate for the work. Louis Cook the owner came himself and worked with my wife to give us a quote for exactly what we wanted. Received the quote in a reasonable amount of time and within our budget. They started the work timely and it was completed in 2 weeks. The best part of working with Perfectview was the employees. Everyone that worked on the job were professional, hardworking and respectful, especially Bill and Chris. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

The work went very well. The company communicated well and was responsive to our questions and requests. The project took a little longer than estimated, but there were workers at the house every day. We would definitely hire again.

They remodeled our bathroom and did a great job! The flooring, the toilet, vanity and shower were all changed and done very well!

We recently hired Perfect View Remodeling to update our home and we could not be happier with the entire experience. The workmanship was excellent, the people doing the work were a pleasure to have in our home, work was completed in a timely manner and on schedule, and we were not charged anything over the initial proposed budget. Our kitchen remodel was the second renovation done for us by Perfectview and once again it was done wonderfully. About a year and a half ago they did a remodel of the master bath. Because of the work done there we chose them once again for our kitchen. Pleasant and on time, the workers showed up each day ready to work. They left the job site clean at the end of each day as well. They are priced competitively, with generous allowances in choosing the materials.

We had a 3rd story dormer added to our home in 2016. They cut the roof open, re-framed, and engineered an existing staircase and ceiling to maintain the structure of our home. They were great, the guys were professional, and showed up on time, and courteous. The work was fairly priced, and quality. I would hire them again!

We had a full bathroom and half bathroom completely redone and are so pleased with the results. Ruth was so helpful when it came time to choose the items we needed and in pulling it all together. The workmen were pleasant, courteous and very skilled in the work they did. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly. Overall this was a very positive experience.

We hired PerfectView to add a 600 square foot veranda (patio with roof). His crew was polite, conscientious, respectful and hard working. They worked very hard to make sure we could enjoy outdoor living this summer. We have had many compliments; most people saying it looks like a resort. We also had an amazing front door installed quickly and efficiently. Lou always answers e-mails within 1/2 hour. I recommend this company to everyone!

We had replacement windows installed in our home along with replacement of 2 large picture windows. We were completely satisfied with the work. The work crew did excellent quality work and were friendly and easy to work with. At the end of the day they cleaned up and the construction debris was removed. The job was done quickly with minimum interference to us. I thought the cost of the project was reasonable and would not hesitate to hire the contractor for future work.
