My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

PBK has great products, for which you pay a premium. I don't mind that, but support after purchase and installation is extremely weak. I had a 10 year old faucet with a stuck valve cartridge and wanted their help ordering a replacement and they could figure out the manufacturer to order a new one. Their solution, buy 2 new faucets at a cost of about $1000. No thank you, I serviced the cartridge and got it working. Hopefully I get another 10 years from it, because PBK service sucks. My feedback is this- if you sell a PREMIER product-, which they do, you should also retain my purchase history and provide premier service, which they don't!
