About Us

In the spring of 1978, Willis Robinson decided to use his experience in the glass industry to bring quality products and service to the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. His personal integrity and desire to serve the customer are part of the foundation of Robinson Glass. After more than 30 years in business, the second generation of Robinsons and a dedicated staff are still providing the Metro Tulsa area with quality glass products and services. Our technicians, who install our shower enclosures, windows, patio doors, and mirrors, take pride in the excellent service they provide. We work closely with architects and home builders to ensure that the buyer is satisfied with our work. If they are not satisfied, Robinson Glass will return to the home to see that the job is done the way the buyer wants.

I called and talked to Caleb about replacing a window in my home that my son broke. Caleb was quick to come out to my house to inspect it, and to get an estimate pulled together. I was so pleased with the price and his attentiveness that we scheduled it immediately. He ordered the glass. It came in right on time and he communicated that it came in. He even called to confirm the time of installation the morning of. He arrived on time and was thorough in installation. My new window looks so good. Now I feel like I need to replace my other windows so they look as good as my new one! Very pleased customer!!! Lori G

Horrible Experience. You people do not know how to service a customer. $1000 to replace a glass in our door and left a terrible mess in our house and on our drive way with your worn out leaking vehicle. Trim plugs that did not match and what did you do with the ones that we had. You could not even order the right size glass . REALLY ! I will tell everyone I know DO NOT USE ROBINSON GLASS for anything.

I am so sorry that you had a bad experience. We have worked hard since 1978 to build a good reputation. This review is the first time that anyone knew that a mess was left on your driveway. We service our vehicles regularly to prevent prevent leaks. If our vehicle did leave something on your driveway, we will be happy to clean the spot if possible. If our technicians do not clean up the work area as they are trained to do, a phone call is all that is needed. We will gladly return and clean up any mess. I am sorry that you were not happy with the unpainted screw covers. We do inform the customer when touch up painting will be required and try to provide that information in writing on the quote or work order. Unfortunately, we do not provide painting as part of our service. If there is something we can do to leave a more favorable impression of our company, please do not hesitate to call the office. The residential service manager will be glad to assist you if possible.
