She also hooked us up with a guy to do the quartz countertop when we couldn't find the product we wanted at a reasonable price, and he offered reminants at a fair price. Vanessa knows a lot about design and so in addition to helping us with all the purchases, she was also a great sounding board when we needed advice to make a decision. She is a hardworking, knowledgeable, smart professional whom I would recommend without reservation. She responded to calls and emails promptly and bent over backwards to help us in all respects, such as when the delivery company made an error with the marble order. When we erroneously ran out of marble and needed more, she called on her contacts at the supplier to request that they match the marble color for the final pieces. All the products we received from Int'l Bath and Tile turned out to be of great quality and what we requested. No complaints at all. Highly recommend.”
