Siema Kitchen and Bath

I recently completed my bathroom renovation with Siema. I updated my 1980s bathroom and replaced everything, including cabinetry, replacing the old bath with a walk in shower, plumbing and electrical and re-tiled and painted. I was very happy with the service I received from Siema. They were helpful in getting my project within my budget and completed everything within 3 weeks. They would constantly keep me updated on any changes and would come by to see how things were going with the contractors. The Project Manager Trey was also very organized and would keep me updated without me even having to ask. He was always available for questions and had an excellent team of electricians, painters, tilers etc. I have already recommended them to friends who are looking for good contractors. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Siema Kitchen and Bath to completely renovate two bathrooms as well as additional tile work in my kitchen, entryway and fireplace. They capably managed the entire process, including ordering and delivering vanities, tiles, fixtures, etc. Pricing was good. The contractor kept me informed and quickly dealt with anything I asked for. I am very happy with their work. This is a family operation that I am recommending to everyone I know who is thinking about renovations.

Siema did a fairly small bathroom renovation for us. There was no major redesign; instead, we had new drywall put up and painted, a new wood window installed, and we had the toilet and vanity and counter top ireplaced. Even though it was a "small" job, there were inevitably many small details to attend to. I can say that the Siema team attended to all of these in a very satisfactory manner. They were punctual, helpful, reliable, and very easy to get along with. We ended up with a bathroom that exceeded our expectations and one that was done at a reasonable price. Had two bathrooms renovated by Siema and happy with both of them. They are friendly and helpful and we were able to complete the projects within the budget. I like that they are willing to help you find bathroom fixtures from other sources not just from their store.

The guys were fantastic to deal with, and very concerned about my complete satisfaction. Excellent customer service and genuinely nice guys. I only wish I had another bathroom to renovate. I've already recommended Siema to my next door neighbour.

Good product, reasonable prices and great service! Looked at the vanity in the showroom and they shipped to me to Ontario for a reasonable fee, followed to make sure I had received everything and that my contractor had no problems with installation!

In Spring 2014 I chose SIema Kitchen & Bath to help with an upgrade to my bathroom. The day Siema arrived to prep for the installation I was told by our strata that a developer was interested in purchasing our entire apartment block - a shocking & unsettling experience. I discussed the situation with Siema and despite the VERY short notice they stopped the work and gave me a full refund. Their kind and professional handling of the circumstance made a big difference in a otherwise very stressful situation.

They were four brothers who shared their skills and were prompt in getting back to us for estimates. They came to work each day and worked right through without any breaks. Their work was meticulous. From the minute we stepped into their show room, they were welcoming and helpful - but better than that, it really came across that they cared about our project, there was absolutely no tough sell at all - they wanted the best for us. We live in a condo, and came to the quick conclusion that Siema products are perfect for urban condo dwelling (and more). Their team came to our come a couple of times to map out a project, and their proposal was totally reflective of what we wanted. We had our interior designer share their proposal with other interior designers who said that the budget was in line with what you would get anywhere in the city, and that they had a great reputation. We already had such a great impression of Eiman and Emad that this was the icing on the cake and confirmed our decision to work with them on the entire project. Once we got the project going, not only did they live up to their expertise, they went above and beyond with their patience and graciousness when dealing with my occasional nervousness when our bathrooms were torn apart. The team they have compiled for tiling, dry walling, plumbing and more is an incredibly stellar professional team you have put together. What we really appreciated was their commitment to a vision of high standards, and that is clearly because of Siema's excellent leadership. We also REALLY appreciated the fact that the Siema team are people of their word which is HUGE in this business ... when they say something, they do it. Plus, the whole team were so nice to have around, always so kind and maintained humour (mice in the home, oh no!!) through the incredible transformation of our home! We could go on - enormously happy and impressed - thank you! We have passed along their information to many friends and family, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a Felinni hanging vanity with marble top and undercount sink, mirror with shelf and a good sized side cabinet from Siema Kitchen and Bath. We were very pleased with the service overall. We dropped into the store and viewed their products then followed up with several phone calls and countless emails. The people we dealt with were very helpful and polite. They provided pretty good response time, sent us sample pictures, and were interested in helping us find the best product. Since we are quite a long distance from the store, this was important to us. They worked to find the most cost effective shipping option, and I can say without reservation that this was the best packed merchandise we have ever had delivered. The packaging and attention to delivering a complete product were exceptional. There was little chance that the double corrugate with heavy reinforced edged custom packaging could have been damaged by a random blow to the box. Did I mention that our vanity is beautiful ? High gloss espresso finish, smooth easy closing drawers, high quality frame. We did reinforce hanging the components with extra L brackets, mostly due to our own pick nature! We would definitely recommend Siema Kitchen and Bath in Vancouver for bath furniture and service!
