Excellent customer service! I am so happy with the service I was provided with a replacement part (wear and tear) for our beautiful faucet. No questions asked, very easy, and delivered in less then a week!

I bought a stainless steel/glass range hood from Signature Hardware. They sent me a COMPLETELY different product from what I had ordered, and they themselves confirmed. A different brand and a different product. Instead of the beautiful hood with complimenting glass I ordered and paid for, i received an ugly hunk of stainless steel hood that I don't want. Unfortunately, my contractor did not get to the install due to waiting for the backsplash to be tiled so it was opened years later, far too late to complain. Now I have to go repurchase another hood elsewhere.

I love their products, they are high quality, their prices are competetive, and they offer products you can't find anywhere else.

We recently purchased a Touran fire-clay farmhouse sink from Signature Hardware. I want to say that I have never worked so seamlessly with an online chat/customer service. Each time I had a question, or a concern and spoke with a representative on the online chat, they gave me an immediate answer and it was always accurate. Every time was followed up with an email confirming our chat conversation. We had a tight deadline for the sink so that the countertops could be templated on a certain date, and they made sure we had the sink in time. The first sink we received was imperfect, and through a chat conversation and on that same day they shipped a new one which we received within two days. We made our deadline, and Signature Hardware has a loyal customer. I love the products they carry, and highly recommend this company!

Seven years we gutted and redid my sister's master bath. Two handle sets for the pedestal sinks and shower head, handheld shower and slide rod for the master shower. They are still beautiful. I called today because the handle on the shower snapped off. NO worries - it's in stock and on its way. Amazing and friendly customer service. They really do stand behind their products. I might add that I have their hardware in my home bath and it is also still gorgeous. Definitely great quality and value.

I am currently in limbo waiting for our vanities to be delivered. The week before a bad storm hit the area. And there was no one to help carry in these hundreds of pounds items. I am giving 2 stars for Signature Hardware's shipping policies. Be warned! There is a lot of red tape for shipping. They do not allow threshold delivery! So if you order heavy items you need a few muscle men to help you carry them into your house. The delivery company can only do curbside delivery under Signature Hardware's contract. There are no options to pay for "white glove" service. So hopefully the weather isn't bad and your highly priced items do not get damaged sitting on the curb until the "magical muscle (wo)men" can appear to carry them. Signature Hardware has made sure they are covered on any liability. How about the customer? Have they thought about our valuables and needs? No, they have not gone the distance to be concerned about this. It is very disappointing!! It is bad customer service!!

I had a question about faucets that we installed in a high end bathroom remodel. I was put in touch with Jerry, a staff plumber who not only described how to fix it but sent me detailed photos and instructions on how to open the faucets and increase the volume. - Spectacular customer service!

Signature Hardware's customer service is absolutely stellar! I engaged the chat feature on their website to access information about a timer for my heated towel rack. Hannah, a service rep connected with me in 15 sec., researched my question, and immediately sent me the exact information. She went above and beyond to track down the information and made sure I had it ASAP. Thank you, Hannah - great job and GREAT company!

Tyler was fabulous as a CSR. What disappointed me about the company was their survey. I was very excited to be able to give Tyler a 5 star exceeds expectation for every question, But the questions were only a post marketing survey wanting to know my gender age and household income. They cared nothing about the customer service or my experience. That’s not a Customer centric organization or how to grow customers, signature hardware

The clawfoot tub shower conversion kit I ordered was well made, sturdy and handsome. However, as a non-plumber, I failed to notice that there are 2 almost identical kits with different points of attachment to the tub and I ordered the wrong one. To add to the confusion it came with instructions for the other (right) one. While everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful, the exchange of correct for incorrect parts was a bit more cumbersome than necessary.

We bought a cast iron tub. All went well until we installed it at which time we figured out the feet supplied did not allow the tub skirt to come to the ground. The customer service rep sent us replacements expedited to rectify the situation. Unfortunately they didn't work either. I called back and talked the issue through and it came down to searching for the leveling feet that would work or them sending us an entire new tub. Fortunately I was able to find leveling feet that allowed for a satisfactory installation. Through the entire ordeal the Customer Service was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! Whom ever is doing their training should be commended! Truly putting the customer first and doing everything in their power to make it right and us happy! THANK YOU for understanding!

Quality products backed by a quality and friendly service. Remodels are always on a budget and looking for quality hardware that will stand up to use was our aim. Items were shipped quickly and unused items were easy to return. Questions and any issue we had were quickly resolved. I will look forward to buying from them for our next projects.

I purchased a freestanding tub and tub filler, so 2 very high ticket items and reached out to support during the process on several occasions and they were always great to work with. When the tub arrived it unfortunately had a hole in it due to a fork lift. I contacted support and within 10 minutes my claim was processed and a new tub on its way. Excellent products and even better support!

Ordered the thera blue limestone vessel sink....the 1st cane broken, they were nice to ship another one via ups air for delivery the next day. 2nd one arrived in pristine condition. It’s a beautiful piece. Even though the name says blue, it’s actually pewter/gun metal grey with a very sophisticated shine to it. Both customer service and will product are outstanding....

I am an Interior Designer. When we remodeled our kitchen in 2005, I wanted as much countertop space as possible. I found a beautiful single sink that had curved sides. I designed the sink cabinet to be 30", just large enough to fit the sink. The marble installer cut the marble to fit the sink, which had curves. Unfortunately, the sink began to have problems with staining and wearing. I had been looking for a new sink for several years, but no luck finding a white cast iron single bowl sink that would fit in the marble. Finally, I found a 30" sink here at Signature Hardware. I still had to have the curves straightened out on the marble, which was a messy job. Having marble cut in your kitchen creates a fine white dust that gets everywhere, just like drywall dust. But now after years of searching, I have found the perfect sink. It should last for the rest of my life. It is an excellent quality cast iron and white porcelain sink. I ordered it and received it in a couple of days. The packaging was sturdy and it arrived on time. I couldn't be more pleased.

I’ve never made such a physically large purchase on the internet before and was worried about it but I couldn’t find what a I was looking for locally. So we took a chance with Signature Hardware for a double sink bathroom vanity. The cabinet arrived as planned, incredibly well packaged and handled. The cabinet was beautiful and the perfect fit. Unfortunately it had a small dent in the front. When I called, the rep was super nice and professional we handled everything in just a couple minutes including sending photos and acknowledging an email. They took full responsibility and I had a new vanity on its way before we hung up the phone. Even though it had the dent the cabinet was otherwise of high quality and will complete our updated bathroom.

I have purchased five expensive Victorian bathtubs from this company in addition to numerous other hardware items. My contractor JUST began installing my last tub/shower, and discovered that in error I had purchased a bathtub without the holes to use the shower kit. That being said, I purchased the tub/shower nearly a year ago. My contractor is JUST getting to this install because of health issues. I asked the company for a suggestion, thinking they may have ideas on a way to drill holes in the tub, or have some special attachment to help. I asked if they QA orders of $X or higher. They responded that they do not inspect their orders for compatibility, just for defects. Nevermind that their website makes it a challenge to order the proper tub. Their solution? Offering me 50% off of another bathtub. So what am I supposed to do with the six-foot Victorian tub that I have? Ridiculous. Despite having spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company to rehab many Victorian homes, I will not be doing business with them again.

The faucet is beautiful, but after 4 months the porcelain handle cracked. I contacted customer service and they were awesome. They replied right away and sent out a new handle within 10 days. Thank you so much. My only concern is it cracking again

Signature Hardware's website is easy to use. I appreciated seeing different views of the product (in this case a toilet) and the specifications. The product shipped quickly. When one piece arrived broken they quickly and kindly sent a replacement. I would order from them again. Extra bonus is not using Amazon for a change.

My husband and I had a tricky vintage small bathroom remodeling project and needed a new sink and faucet. We made a few purchases that ultimately didn't work out for us. Fortunately we live less than an hour away from Signature Hardware's showroom so returning (twice) products wasn't a particular challenge. The staff and particularly Bradly D. were so helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about their products. We eventually found a sink and faucet that worked for us, were beautiful (in polished nickel), and very reasonably priced. I would enthusiastically recommend Signature Hardware!

I ordered floor registers from Signature Hardware. The registers I received were of high quality. I ordered one register that had a different coating than I expected. The customer service rep was helpful. I am returning the one I didn’t want and am getting one I do want instead - with no hassles from the company. I intend to do business with them again in the future.

We bought a claw foot tub shower conversion kit and it is absolutely gorgeous. We recently needed a piece that broke. SH's web site is very robust, with excellent search terms/filters and images. Their order processing is very efficient and I took delivery very quickly. I spoke to customer service twice: once for clarity on a tub filler and double slipper tub orientation, then for a replacement on a part that arrived with minor but unacceptable damage which occurred in transit. Both of these conversations were amazing: staff was very knowledgeable, professional, spoke clear English, and resolved my questions/concerns immediately. They have won my loyalty and therefore my continued business!

We have ordered several items from Signature Hardware and have not been disappointed. Even when our order was messed up, the Customer Service department was courteous and had our missing item to us the very next day. Signature Hardware is one of my top go to online searches for items for my home.

In ordering a copper sink for a client's Powder room remodel, I was initially excited to receive the sink in a timely fashion. I was surprised when opening the well boxed and protect in a styrofoam mold that the edge of the sink was still bent over; meaning it had to be that way when placed into the box. In bringing that challenge to customer service, was emailed a "form letter" of how to repair or unbend the sink. The fabricator resolved it and installed. Once in place, we also noticed a small dark mark that clearly appears to be a splash mark; that again was present prior to being shipped to us. I did again reach out to customer service who immediately responds that it is beginning to "patina"....yet hasn't been used yet. The only suggestion was waxing, but waxing will not remove a mark. So what could have been better was a genuine interest in helping us understand what caused the drip/splash mark and assistance to resolve it, not wax it over.

All I can say is WOW. This was my first purchase with Signature Hardware and a bit nerve-racking as it was quite expensive. Let me say that Signature Hardware did not disappoint. They were knowledgable, quick and handled the purchase and delivery with white glove A+ service. We will use them again and again going forward!

I love the double bar towel holder I purchased. We are remodeling and found both the master and spare bathrooms lacked the wall space to mount a standard towel bar. When I looked on-line for other options I found the short double towel bar which with both towels triple folded worked like a charm. It fits perfectly on the small wall just outside the shower. One of the bars had no end tip. When I called to see if I could get a new one, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an e-mail stating the towel bar was being replaced. I will definitely purchase produces from Signature Hardware again. Product is perfect for my needs and customer service is excellent.

I ordered two items. Neither worked for me but both were fine quality. I’m reviewing this simply to say the reason for the returns has nothing to do with the product quality and everything to do with the fact that I was purchasing for a small and difficult to fit bathroom. So I ended up returning two vanities. In both cases, signature made sure it was easy for me, assisted when I had trouble with the return, were available on the weekends and incredibly easy to deal with, courteous and went out of their way to assure good customer service. Highly recommend this company despite returning the products.

I ordered a Signature mirrored medicine cabinet from Signature. The merchandise arrived quickly and was very well packed to insure there was no breakage. The cabinet was not exactly what I was looking for. It did not look like brushed nickel but more like polished nickel with a gold tone which will not match my bathroom fixtures. The return response was very quick and easy. I will certainly refer this company to anyone who is interested.

We had purchased free standing tub and faucet for our bathroom from Signature Hardware. Now, 8 years later, pop up drain start to show tear and wear issues, just related to the age of the fixture. We had contacted customer service of the Signature Hardware and that was the greatest experience. The customer service was outstanding. I personally talked to Megan, Nathan and Rachel and they went above and beyond to fulfill our request . I got follow up calls from Megan making sure that all necessary parts are received. This attention to customers makes Signature Hardware company of the first choice for our future purchases.

Beware of the products: I purchased a freestanding outdoor shower from Signature hardware. When I opened the shower, I noticed the back, top part of the shower was missing the finished back about 2 feet exposing the water hose. It does not look good. I called Signature hardware and they said that is the way it comes because they pictured the freestanding shower in front of a wall. Because my outdoor shower is a different design, the unfinished back shows and looks very cheap. The hose clamp used is not stainless and the exposed water hose will deteriorate under the exposed sun lacking quality in the product. I could return it and would be required to purchase a new outdoor shower. that was finished on the back and has the exact same shower pan. Signature Hardware would not work with me requiring me to ship back the entire shower pan and shower fixture, instead of just exchanging shower fixtures which are light in weight. The cost with returning the shower pan was over $90.00 in shipping. I will now use that money to modify the shower they sold me to make it presentable and replace the cheap clamps with stainless ones. I will NEVER purchase anything from them because customer service is not important to them. I paid over $700.00 for the shower and I am very disappointed. It is made in China and it is not a quality product, It is grossly overpriced for the poor quality it is. Signature Hardware answered my review and asked me to call them. Good Customer service would call their customer to make the issue right, not ask the customer call back again to resolve the same issue customer service would not previously help to resolve.

Ordering on the website is easy, but you can also call in and someone will help you find exactly what you are looking for. The products are great quality, and the customer service is top notch.

Ordered 2 commodes and they were delivered within 2 days. Free shipping over $300. Although 1 of the toilet bowls was delivered with a crack, customer service was excellent and sent a replacement the next day. They carry a 19 inch as well as a 21 inch commode for those that require the additional height. . Our plumber said they were easy to install.

I have a defective faucet in a Forest River RV . I purchased the RV in June 2018 for $325,000. It has an ISI faucet . I contacted ISI about a replacement cartridge or entire unit. I provideded proof of ownership with my title and Bill of Sale from FR. ISI said if I cannot provide a PO for this faucet there is nothing they can/will do. The rep even sated she didnt think it was their unit although I provided extensive pictures. She said they would sell me a cartridge but with a no return strict policy - even though she didnt think it was their faucet or I could buy a new unit for $400. This is a one year old faucet !!. I am definitely not impressed with ISI or their products . I would strongly recommend buying another product.

Signature had the broadest selection of Clawfoot Shower Kits, so selecting exactly what we wanted was easy. I e-mailed them a couple pre-installation questions and they were very responsive and quite helpful. I can’t say enough for the positive experience we’ve had with Signature Hardware. As soon as the installation is completed, we’ll be glad to share some photos.

When we purchased the Kitchen faucet we had no prior experience with Signature Hardware. Since the purchase that have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend their product and will continue to seek replacements as needed from them.

Signature Hardware cannot be surpassed in customer service, warranty, and product. I bought a wonderful bathroom faucet and have called twice now for information and upgrades for remodeling. They have been so helpful it's like they really treasure their reputation. They have professionally handled all my issues over a seven year span. Interior Remodel of our Home - I was very pleased with the quality of the plumbing products and hardware that I purchased from Signature Hardware. When I installed two showers I included hand held showers, body sprays, and rain shower heads. I typically don't have any problems installing plumbing and installed the body sprays without reading the instructions and damaged the gaskets on two of the body sprays. I called Signature Hardware and they offered me new body sprays at a discount even though it was my fault. I'm now able to finish the shower installation. I'm impressed and will be purchasing more products.

We had an issue with a door latch set for our exterior door. We contacted the company and within an hour, had a response from customer service. After reviewing the issues we had - they are replacing the defective handle. All of this happened over a few hours/emails - our purchase of the hardware was 4 years ago. They stand by their products and have excellent customer service!

With an old smaller house this place has everything for it. Keeping it looking original but with newer quality. My home is a 1928 sears house with the great old cast iron tub. Great place to shop

We were remodeling our master bathroom I wanted unique shower and sink faucets to go with the marbled floor and wall tiles, as well as the new vanity. After researching on the Internet, Signature kept appearing with the regular big box stores like Home Depot and Lowe’s. While the big box stores got a lot of business from us, there was no question which company we wanted to buy our faucets from, in addition to accessories like towel bars, etc. everything arrived and was absolutely beautiful. While the cost is higher than big box stores, the quality and uniqueness of everything Signature Hardware is second to none. Have fun!

Great design and quality of product. Exceptional post-delivery customer support. One part of the tub filler needed replacement and the plumber of the company personally handled the situation.

I had a great experience as a 1st time customer of Signature Hardware. The sink I ordered arrived faster than expected and I put it the box an unused room until yesterday when my contractor discovered the sink was in a million pieces and there was an obvious forklift shaped hole in the box. My phone call to customer service was answered promptly and with care and my replacement sink is on its way to me. I am so pleasantly surprised by the way this interaction went and most definitely will be ordering from them again!

They sell things they know nothing about and then give idiotic replies when asked for the needed performance data. It seems they sell cheap junk at high prices and pretend they are high quality.

I have purchased excellent quality items from Signature Hardware over the past 20 years and I have never been disappointed. This last purchase was tricky and Jean from Customer Service spoke to me as well as my contractor and she helped us figure out what to do and saved us some money as well. The return process (for some items we purchased just in case and did not end of having to use) is a breeze. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. This is an excellent place to shop - I highly recommend!

Company does not stand by their products. Had a faucet that arrived faulty and the company and retailer both would not support replacing the defective part, which meant I had to remove the sink and faucet at my own cost to return the entire faucet. Stay away - company does not support their products or customers.

I purchased a beautiful copper sink with mosaic tiles on the inside of the sink. The sink I ordered had some damage when delivered. They replaced the sink promptly and it is more beautiful than its picture. Can't wait to get it installed.

I just had to return a Christmas gift I bought for a friend because it was the wrong finish. We wanted to order a similar product, but Signature Hardware is no longer offering items in the category. The service rep I spoke with was completely helpful, I had a return shipping label within seconds, and she even suggested other sources for the product. You gotta love that kind of service!

Signature Hardware was a lifeboat in a storm. On top of that, my custom project needed expert advice and they could handle it better than anyone in a brick and mortar! I initially ordered the wrong barn hardware. I did not notice my error until over a month after I'd ordered it since it was a new build and the builder was not ready for the product. The Signature Hardware representative sent me information to return the wrong part and ordered/shipped the new part. He was very efficient, friendly and helpful!

When I received damaged produce due to problems with shipper and product packaging, I reached out to Signature and was happy I didn't have to re-wrap and ship back the product. I purchased an ADA compliant floating sink. It came very well packaged, delivered ON time and in perfect condition. Upon installing a few months after purchase due to permits and a spa build out we weren’t sure we had the correct backing/support to hold it. I called in and immediately had a problem/solution. Chris V found me instructions to help the installer with in minutes of the call and checked back In with me. We were able to install the sink with no issues. It looks gorgeous and I’m thankful I had the pleasure of speaking with someone helpful and resourceful.

Excellent company, products and customer service! I had experienced a few problems and they above and beyond to rectify the situation. I have never had a company to go the extra miles that Signature Hardware did to make sure that my projects were successful and I was completely satisfied.

We purchased a $450 external mounted shower fixture seven years ago. Stainless steel and very nice. However the temperature valve had to be replaced twice. I asked Signature Hardware for a second temperature valve and handle replacement. I would give 5 stars for them replacing the valve the first time. 1) Customer Service was very good, fast and easy to work with. I would give 5 stars. 2) My problem is that Signature Hardware doesn't sell replacement parts for the showers so they shipped me a whole new (different ) replacement unit which meant I had to take the old one out, and drill new mounting holes for the new one.... I could still give them 5 Stars for a great warranty replacement.. HOWEVER, The problem is that the newer fixtures are cheap imports that actually weighed 1/3 of the old unit. Very flimsy and cheap. Nothing like the good older generation. Even the mounting hardware is not secure like the old model and you can physically move the fixture side to side if you push on it an inch. The mounting hardware configuration is a terrible design. This shower also has about 3/4 the pressure the old unit had. The first shower fixture was shipped pretty quickly, however, poorly packaged and protected which resulted in two very visible dents. This would not happened with the old fixture. The second shipment (now two weeks) arrived without any dent, but although I had asked to make sure the ends were protected, they had not been protected. Signature Hardware needs to stop selling cheap import equipment. They are cheap and probably cost $50 to make. Also, how about offer some replacement parts. I miss my old great shower unit. We also ordered chrome toilette paper holders to be mounted on the wall. They look beautiful, but the mounting fixture arms to the wall are so poorly developed that they are too short to let a new roll of toilette paper roll freely. The rolls rubs on the wall when you rotate the roll. What kind of moron didn't measure and make sure it would work for a common roll of toilette paper? It appears Signature Hardware is having a third world country engineer develop their new products and while I really appreciated their older products, I can't say their new products are impressive. Sorry... 2 Stars.

I ordered a soaking tub through Signature Hardware. There was a little snafu with the shipping (it sat in their warehouse for two weeks), but that issue was handled very well, the tub arrived unscathed, free shipping---and I got a fantastic high-quality wood palette out of it large enough to hold a twin mattress, so now I'm going to make an outdoor hanging daybed! I also plan to purchase a tub filler, faucet and sink from them.

I was so excited about buying a small soaking tub. The pop up drain is in the middle of the tub. When I slide down to soak, my lower back is on the pop up drain so the water drains out. I reached out to SH. SH said the only solution was the old pull up drain which would mean the handle is in the middle of my back when I soak or I can go buy the old rubber plug. I spent a lot of money on this tub so it is upsetting that it does not hold water when I soak.

Horrible. Spent 900 on a shower kit and after my contractor installed it, a few uses later we find out a washer inside was basically destroyed and got lodged halfway inside the handheld wall connector- causing water to shoot inside the wall, making the water run down the wall and create a leaky hole in my kitchen ceiling that now has to be repaired. Contacted the company about their faulty product and they basically told me to get lost. Also this product arrived at my doorstep with the box busted up and they didn’t want to send me a new one. Should have known then that they would be trouble to deal with. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money and buy a product from a reputable company that actually cares and isnt just in it to take your money.

Fit and finish are as nice as I have seen. While no one wants to have a problem the real nature of a company comes out when there is a problem in how they handle it. I had a problem and they jumped right on it without delay. Thank you for your support. Will continue to buy and recommend their products.

I dealt with Signature Hardware on two separate issues with products. Customer Service went above and beyond to help me with my issues. First, they answer their phone. Secondly, they called back when they said they would. Thirdly, each person I spoke with knew a huge amount about each product. Lastly, they emailed me back with specific full sized pictures to help me assemble a lock. Our home construction is finishing up, and I REALLY appreciate Signature Hardware's professionalism and knowledge.

I Purchased a 70" Eira Resin Bathtub from them. After about a year the bathtub showed a crack near the overflow. I Contacted them and they replaced the bathtub and paid for the labor to replace it. This company is great, they stand by their product , they have incredible costumer service and overall fixed the problem.

This is a fantastic small business that prides itself on great, reliable customer service with beautiful kitchen and bAthroom hardware. We purchased the copper Steyn kitchen sink 3 years ago. Unfortunately, our hard water has terribly corroded the faucet (this is not a testament to the lack of quality, the faucet was great while we had it) and after 3 years we’ve needed to replace it. Signature hardware offer a lifetime warranty with their products and Brooke S was so helpful in helping us replace our faucet. We highly recommend this company and their products.

I was dismayed to find out after waiting since 10/1/18 (when I placed my order) that unless I did follow by calling Signature Hardware my order would be automatically canceled due to Signature Hardware taking so long to produce the item I had ordered. I could not reach Signature Hardware due to the call volumes (over an hour wait time) and now I have to reorder the item I want. I would choose to take my business elsewhere but the Victorian Plant Hanger they make is exactly what I need. Crossing my fingers that I will have better luck on my second try.

This company has gorgeous products and amazing customer service. There was a bit of a snafu with the color of the lav I ordered. Contacted customer service thru email and I have a new white lav being delivered Monday! Along with a shipping label to return the wrong one. No hassles, negotiating or fussing. I can’t say enough about the customer service of Signature Hardware. I bought several items during my recent master bathroom remodel. Everything looks great and the quality is excellent but the finish on one of the faucets started pitting after a few months and I called them yesterday to ask about the warranty. Without hesitation they said it was absolutely covered and they would replace it. I got an email a couple of hours after I sent them some pics; the replacement had been ordered by my customer service rep and it should arrive next week. No red tape or hoops to go through with the manufacturer! Very, very impressed!

This company was unknown to us so we were a little hesitant to order from them. We found the perfect sized grab bar on their website and decided to try them. The shipment was very fast but sadly, their were several small dents that were noticable when the light caught the bar. One quick phone call and a new product was sent out quickly. Very impressed!

Love this company! Have purchased various items from them over the last 5 years... a fabulous teak sink for my powder room, bathroom and bar faucets, a copper bar sink, and various related products for projects completed over a span of time. I recently purchased a kitchen sink but alas it just isn't going to visually work with my countertop (clash of colors) but otherwise a great sink. I purchased a Copper sink and when it came in it had a dark spot on it. I made one call and Madison took care of everything in less than two minutes. Remodeling my 1906 federal Victorian house. Use Signature Hardware to outfit my 1926 claw foot tub and for various door hardware. Selection is vey good. Customer service is excellent. I’ve called them multiple times for assistance on product selection and installation. Very impressed with their product knowledge. On the flip side, their product is a little pricy, but if you look at it from an overall value standpoint, they are the best choice.

I found SH on line & every step has been a "WOW"! I've spoken to 2 different customer service reps & went into the showroom Saturday, & everyone was amazing!! They are so nice, helpful & really made me feel comfortable about ordering my new bathroom vanity. I ordered it & it's on hold because we won't be there for a couple of weeks. I purchased a rain shower head that was moderately expensive and I loved it but it developed leaks and sprayed on the shower walls. Jenny from signature hardware made the warranty process so easy I was taken back. I had visitors and didn't have the time or energy to make a long drawn out phone call or several of them for that matter. I didn't get that feeling of helplessness or like I was about to get screwed and have to get demaning, I hate that. She had me email video or picture of it and responded a few minutes later that a new one would be shipped to me. The next morning I got an email that it had shipped with a ups tracking number provided.

I recently worked with signature hardware on buying a shower system and a towel warmer bar. They were able to provide me with what I needed and it looks beautiful together. I also called them while on the way to the store and they had my items waiting for me when I got there. Their customer service has always been excellent and responsive. They were so helpful to the point that my plumber was able to speak to their master plumber and resolve the issues that we were having with the shower system I bought. I will definitely use signature hardware again.

I purchased the most beautiful rectangular glazed pottery vessel sink in navy blue. It is beautiful. The colors are gorgeous. I looked everywhere before I decided to buy this sink. Signature offered a lot of choices, many elegant and distinctive pieces. Fabulous!

I ordered a vanity with a marble top. The delivery was entirely messed up. They dumped it in my driveway and drove away. I wasn’t even home. The marble top was so dusty there is no way it could’ve been inspected for scratches. It was really scratched up. Nothing was done about it. Even though they told me they would stand by their product since it was dumped in my driveway. Terrible experience.

I initially thought it was a great site. The sinks I bought had no warning or disclaimer that they corrode...not patina, corrode. I sent photos ,filled out the correct form. I got a speedy response that told me the receipt from SH, in my email, with the order number and description was for another item. I was told the bathroom sinks needed to be wiped completely dry every single time...who can do that?! I did not want the same sinks and they offered 1 that fit. I offered to pay the difference for any sink I wanted , if it was more. After all that, they declined to tell me that if your receipt is from a gift or different address or from your dead ex and the address is different ( of course its different if you bought them for a house being built, not lived in yet) , you don't get that "lifetime warranty" on anything. I offered the sinks back as well, still no.

We purchased our bathroom sinks from Signature Hardware. They have the best assortment of unique, modern sinks we were able to find anywhere. Ordering was simple and shipping was quick. We had an issue, called them up and they gave us suggestions on how to fix it. When it didn't work, they happily agreed to replace them. Very good quality and excellent customer service.

Ordered a new mail slot to replace my old one. Product was great. Delivered on time as expected. Unit required drilling through the door to mount screws from the back. Chatted with customer service early on a Saturday (they were available and no wait time) and they confirmed there was no template. So had to make my own to ensure the screw holes lined up with the flapper panel. Worked out OK, but would be GREAT to have something that for sure was right given I'm putting multiple holes in the main door of my house. Would have been more of an issue if I was having to cut a new slot in the door vs just widening the old slot and drilling 2 holes.

Extremely disappointed. lights on my island range hood went out. Brittany B helped by sending set of lights. still didn't work. Chris C wants me to take the hood apart and try and figure out the "motherboard".(no experience with this whatsoever) and Stephanie E never returned my calls. The price of the unit plus the installation were very expensive and its not working appropriately 3 or 4 months after my 1st communication with the company. Extremely disappointed.

Signature Hardware has unique, beautiful and high quality fixtures. When renovating our home in 2013/14 we utilized Signature hardware for all of our master bath fixtures including shower, sink and tub. In our kitchen we used signature hardware cabinet pulls and faucets. We have received numerous compliments on everything that we purchased. 4 years after utilizing our spring coil bronze kitchen faucet on a daily basis, a rubber button needed replacement. Instead of sending just the button, they offered to send a brand new spray head. They go over and beyond. I know if there is ever a problem they stand behind their unique and high quality products.

I had an issue with some damage to an expensive shower valve/diverter--I needed a replacement part and I told the customer service person at Signature that I wasn't sure how the item was damaged--whether it was in shipping or by my contractor. With no trouble at all she ordered the replacement part for me and put it under the warranty. It was easy and pleasant and efficient. I wish more companies were so responsive and respectful of their customers.

I love everything I got for my kitchen and bath from Signature Hardware- facets, light fixture, and the kitchen sink! When I had a problem they fixed it immediately! I love their designs, quality and service.

I ordered the wrong item and called to do a return. I spoke with Mary who was awesome. She said they would pay return shipping because they could see how I made that mistake. She also told me to keep the one I had stained and they would reimburse me anyway. Their prices were way better than anyone else anywhere for the unfinished oak floor registers but they didn’t have them in white oak which was what I needed. Even the flooring company that installed my floors were no help at all and I spent $15k with them! I only spent $200 with Signature Hardware and they were generous, helpful, kind and suggested a couple other site that may have what I want. However, I’m going to look for something else I like at Signature just because of their fantastic customer service, and their prices!!

I purchased an amazing soaking tub and the Lavelle tub waterfall faucet from SH almost 2 years ago. Recently, I had trouble with water spots on the spout of the faucet and several reviews stated that the company was not accommodating. I called and the matter was handled in 10 minutes. They not only sent me a free replacement spout but directions on how to protect the new one. I will use this company for any and all bathroom and kitchen needs.

This would be five stars, because the product is really nice. Subtracted one star because we had to have a correction, but still 4 stars because of excellent customer service. We ordered a teak storage box and it arrived with a broken hinge. The company responded quickly and we have resolution within two weeks.

This is my second time in a month to order from Signature Hardware. The first purchase was to buy 2 onyx vessel sinks. Cindy B. was very patient and helpful as I tried to figure out which ones I wanted while tying up her line. She noted that I would need stoppers and sealant, but that I didn't have to buy them that day. I waited until I received the sinks so that I could decide for sure it I was going to use them.
