Amy is professional and excellent. She knows the products, the manufacturers, Commercial, Residential, and has decades of large scale experience. I know this first hand and have both commercial and private custom residential experience with Amy for a few decades. Amy can help design and organize your project. She can procure and prepare hardware as well as anyone. Anyone can sell you things few can provide the consultation and guidance Amy can.

The shop has lovely merchandise but the owner was very difficult to deal with. First, they don't take returns but didn't tell me that at the time I ordered. Upon hearing that I hadn't been warned, she said the policy was at the bottom of the paperwork. She complained that it was going to cost her money to send the product back. The reality was that I was expected to absorb those costs; she wouldn't have paid anything out of pocket. She was trying to put all the blame on me. It worked out in the end but I will Never buy anything there again.
