Confluence Kitchen & Bath

We had wanted to remodel our kitchen for over four years but never felt we had found the right fit in cabinets or design. We walked into KB Studio on a bit of a whim, but were so impressed with their customer service and products from our initial meetings through the design and into the implementation stage. KB Studio stood out in a number of ways: I would say that we received an excellent value for our money. —We were greeted courteously by Ed and Franco when we first wandered in and were given a clear view of what the design process would entail. The approach was not at pushy, in contrast to a couple of other comparable high end designers we had talked with. —The focus of our discussions was on the creating a design that worked for our budget and needs, not an expensive cookie cutter design unlike some other conversations we had had. —The designer we worked with, Franco, has a serious design background and has had extensive experience in doing high end work. In other showrooms we visited it felt like the focus was more on getting some rudimentary sketch into the computer and making a quick sale, not creating a great design. —we love the look and quality of the cabinets we chose by Cabico. We priced some of better quality big box cabinets and found that they were about the same price as the Cabico—but this quality is so much better. —we love how the design turned out—our kitchen is 100% more functional.Franco took the time to make sure we had gone over every detail before placing the order and we’re so happy! —the best and most amazing part was how Franco handled the construction process. We had chosen a contractor who had gotten good reviews but it became clear we were hitting some bumps in the road. Franco went out of his way to give guidance on proper installation. When he came by to answer some questions it became clear mistakes were still being made. He was really unhappy with this—how amazing! He wanted to make sure that the design was being implemented properly and that we would be getting a good quality product even though he wasn’t getting any benefit from doing so. He identified and spelled the errors and put us in touch with a master craftsman who will be able to finish the job correctly. Frano’s follow through showed so much integrity and care for our project. It’s very unusual to get this level of customer service and we’re very grateful. —

Wonderful experience. We were working with another designer and contractor and when everything started to go downhill, KB stepped in. Not only did they diligently track our choices and make numerous calls to try to keep our project on schedule, but the end result was absolutely stunning! Chris at KB was so helpful and we plan on using KB for remodeling our kitchen in the near future.

I am a frequent client who has worked on several projects with the KB Studio, and I can say I have been extremely happy each time I work with them. Any time I have a question, they always have a knowledgable, immaculate answer. Every experience is exceptional.

We had a wonderful experience with KB Studios. They help our family with a complete remodel of our kitchen when we popped the top on our home. They also guided us through designing our two new bathrooms. Besides always helping me when i popped into their showroom, they have tons of materials to look at. Not just a bunch of catalogs to look through. Ed and his team were great about offering ideas after hearing what we wanted to do but we never felt pressured to buy the more expensive option. I would higher recommend checking them out.

I highly recommend using Designer Jan Neiges from this studio. For our bathrooms (3) and kitchen remodels last August, she listened to our desires and transformed them into beautiful functional designs which satisfied our needs. She offered great ideas which we would have never thought of on our own. She followed through to the very end of the project. It was very conforting having her involved.
