I'm not sure I've ever seen a business run as badly as the Rockville location. We were there Wednesday morning, by appointment, and selected a shower and two bathroom sinks, along with matching accessories, from your showroom. The salesperson said she would have us a quote by the end of the day. Nothing came. Tried contacting Thursday and no return calls or emails. Friday the manager of the location was called, and he said we'd definitely have our quote by the end of the day on Friday. Nothing. Stopped by Saturday and they said they were just "too busy". I don't see how a place like this even survives - what an awful, unprofessional experience. We took pictures of what we wanted on Saturday and will just buy from another place.

Working with Alicia Laur at the Sommerville Showroom was a fabulous experience from beginning to end. She worked very hard to meet our families' needs, going above and beyond to get us a custom-made piece of furniture for our powder room. Working with Alicia was an extremely positive experience!

I have used Thomas Somerville company in Rockville Maryland for a total of 10 bathroom renovations ( 5 at a prior residence and five at our current residence) . I have been extremely happy with this company, and specifically with Alicia laur who is the sales manager at the Rockville location. She helped me with all of the details of these renovations. I picked out everything from Somerville. This included vanities.faucets, shower trim, toilets. lighting and mirrors. She helped me so much with all of my decisions. She helped me find products with great quality while respecting that I was doing these renovations on a budget. She was honest, ethical, efficient, approachable, accessible, and, quite frankly, felt more like a friend to me than a sales manager. She was able to streamline the ordering and delivery of all the products. She kept in touch with the plumbers on site. She made the whole process so much easier for me. We are very happy with everything we purchased from Thomas Somerville. I'm very happy with the way all of our bathrooms turned out and would not hesitate to use this company again.

The Thomas Somerville Showroom in Rockville Maryland, and specifically our consultant, Alicia Laur, are to be commended for their professional, yet personal, approach to helping us not only decide on which products were the best fit for our renovation, but also the products that fit within our budget. Even though there were so many choices, Alicia helped us narrow them down quickly. Our new bathroom is beautiful and we are thrilled with the results. We decided to use The Somerville Showroom for our full bath in our newly finished basement. We couldn't have been happier. Our sales person, Alicia Lauer, was knowledgable, friendly and respectful of our time and money. She worked within our budget to create a stunning bathroom. She returned phone calls expeditiously and was always more than happy to talk with my husband and I about our project. Her services were invaluable.
