Toronto Vanity

Bought 2 vanities and mirrors, got a call my items were ready for pickup, came into pick them up and was told that my vanity had been sold to someone else and it was the last one in stock. The owner/manager then got confrontational when I told him that is terrible customer service in front of other customers. He took me around back and started yelling at me about how I am embarrassing him in front of other customers. Maybe don’t go selling items someone already paid for and was told they were ready for me to pick up! Absolutely disgusting how this man treated me. Don’t ever shop here.

Bought a vanity and tap 2 weeks ago for a renovation job, both were installed yesterday. To my dismay I got soaked when I first turned on the tap as the water splashes out of that vanity on myself and onto the floor. Plumber told me that they don't match properly as the tap is too high and the sink too shallow and I need to replace the tap to a lower one. I called Toronto Vanity today and was told that I was outside the replacement period and that since it was installed they wouldn't take it back due to "Liability" reasons. I asked to speak to the manager who was relaying that tap exchange refusal through the receptionist but he was too busy to talk to me, I asked for him to call when he wasn't busy but that didn't happen as well. I wouldn't but there again due to a terrible exchange policy and terrible customer service !!

Toronto vanity has a decent collection of nice, modern looking vanities and mirrors and pretty aggressive (cheap) prices. Close inspection of their products reveals pretty cheap materials and construction, and terrible packaging. Their post-sale service level is atrocious and I would avoid them at all cost. I would never deal with them again.

Purchased a quality vanity online. Excellent value for money. Customer service i.e., online transaction was timely, courteous - professional. Chose the delivery option; driver arrived on time and was polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to buy through this site in the future.

Love the vanity and sink top. We ordered the 48 in single sink in gray. It looks good and works great. And the price was very good. My cabinet guy said it installed really easy too. The only thing that stumped my plumber was how to get the drawers off, there are two clips that come undone and it is easy as pie. Great product. It does come slightly less than 48 though - if you are planning a mirror or backsplash above. Just under. Also the gray color my husband was hesitant about, but it looks great. The brown was a bit too stripy for us. Larger color samples would be helpful.

I ordered a beautiful waterfall faucet at a great discount. The purchase online went exceptionally flawlessly and fast. Customer service was better than expected and very prompt and professional. My faucet arrived in Edmonton in less than a week from Toronto and was packed so well I was amazed at the care taken to get it to me undamaged. This is an excellent company with affordable high end products. I recommend them to everyone renovating or building a bathroom.

Very pleased. We bought Bliss vanities after finally finding them in stock with Toronto Vanity. Called first and received immediate attention from Miquel. I was promised a call back so Miquel could check to see if California was an option for shipping. Call was promptly returned notifying me the vanities would be shipped from Toronto. I placed the order (strong U.S. dollar provided an unexpected discount and "paid" for shipping. All communications concerning ordering, payment, shipping and receiving were thorough and provided precisely when promised. Vanities have not been hung yet but look good having only the pictures on the web and limited reviews to lean on prior to ordering. I will review the vanities later.

Ordered a Fresca Ottimo corner Glass shelf from Toronto Vanity on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday by Express Post. Packaging was superb and the product was exactly as I expected. Excellent service at a competitive price!

I have ordered 8 toilets from this supplier and everything were delivered as promised and on time. The goods shipped from Canada and they took care of all customs requirements. However what impress me the most is their customer service when after 8 weeks my builder opened the box to find one toilet cracked. I got it replaced with only the transport costs to pay. I can really recommend this company as they have great customer service in the case of any problems. I will recommend this company highly to everyone in the building industry. Thank you.

Service was excellent! Miguel made sure the delivery in Gatineau, Québec went smoothly. Vanities are absolutely gorgeous. I had a little problem with one of the vanities, but not to worry, Miguel was there to help and send what was necessary to fix it. . Excellent ! Numero uno!
