What a great experience working with Amber and Carl. From the detailed quote that they submitted, the patient time that Amber spent with me in their beautiful showroom to select the tiles for my walk in shower, to the great crew that installed it. Having Carl show up everyday of the install to be sure it was going according to plan to meeting their high standards. They cleaned up at the end of every day. It was an absolute pleasure to work with this honest professional company. I would absolutely refer them without any hesitation.

We can't say enough about the owners and the installers who put in our hardwood floors and carpeting. They have a huge selection to choose from and were honest with us about what will work and what won't. The work was scheduled when it was convenient for us and completed ahead of schedule. The installers were very respectful and considerate. They cleaned up after completing the installation. We chose TC Floors based on a recommendation from a friend and we have recommended them to others since our experience with them.

They are very helpful at pick the right tile and design for my master bathroom. Great communication and smooth transaction. Job well done.

We used Town Center Floors to remodel two bathrooms including new floors, countertops and shower tile. They were so professional and helpful from start to finish. Amber has an excellent eye for design and made sure we were completely happy with our choices and stayed in budget. Carl was came to our home many times during the project to check on progress and made sure every detail was taken care of to our specifications. Everyone that worked on the project was professional and they were all very good about cleaning up.

Did a GREAT job for us! They put down new tile floors in our kitchen (after the huge job of getting the old tile floors up). They also did a new back splash in our kitchen for us. The showroom people (Amber) are great to work with. Carl oversaw the work and checked in with us regularly to make sure we were happy. The guys who actually did the work were prompt, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job. I would just suggest to check the product carefully before they start the work. I do not know where the tumbled stone tile for the back splash came from, but it was "rougher" looking than I would have preferred. But I was not there to stop them before half of the tile was already up (shouldn't have left the husband in charge that morning). They are Great to work with!

Town Center Floors is fantastic. Carl and Amber have an amazing eye for detail. All of their installation people were respectful and conscientious of our home and worked quietly throughout the day.

During the past 5 years I have done a subsantial amount of remodel work on my residence. I had several bad experiences with contractors who took far longer than their quoted timeframes to complete work. This was primarily due to workers not showing up when they were supposed to and also not obtaining materials that were needed prior to tear out. This lead to living in a dirty construction area for a long periods of time. My remodels with TC Floors have been very different experiences. In the last few years they have remodeled 3 of my bathrooms and laid hardwood flooring in my living and dining room. Their employees arrive on time and behave in a professional manner. The job site is cleaned up each night. All jobs have been completed within the stated timeframes. Coordination and cooperation with other contractors on the projects, plumbers, glass companies, electricians, etc. has been excellent. Amber and Carl have been great to work with. Amber has been a tremendous help in selecting materials and helping me decide on the style of each project. With so many choices it can be overwhelming so her help has been invaluable. Carl oversees and plans every job. He pays great attention to detail and makes sure that customes receive the highest quality of work. My experiences with TC Floors have been the best. I know that I will receive a fair price, a great product and high quality workmanship. They will be the only company that I use for future projects.

We sought out Town Center Floors after seeing the wonderful job they did on our neighbor's bath remodel. From our first meeting with Carl and Amber, they proved to be very professional, personable and easy to work with. Amber was helpful with design ideas, and choosing materials from their large collection of samples in the store expedited the decision making process. As our project progressed, they responded quickly to our calls and dealt with any issues in a timely manner. We were very happy with the finished project. Bottom line--we highly recommend Town Center Floors.

Town Center Floors installed ceramic tile flooring and regrouted tub surrounds in two bathrooms. The following year we worked with them again for a complete renovation of our master bath. This project included new travertine/ceramic walls, his & hers shower heads with body jets, and a heated floor. We are currently working with them again to replace a vanity with a granite slab and undermount sinks. During each project, TCF worked with us on design to get the exact look we wanted at a budget that we could live with. Their craftsmen take pride in their work, and it shows in the results. Project timelines are always very well managed, and their flexibility in accommodating our schedule is almost unheard of. I have since referred four friends to TCF (one for wood floors, one for a slate kitchen backsplash, and two for floor repairs after foundation leaks), and all were very pleased. This speaks to the consistent excellent service they provide.
