My husband and I had the extreme pleasure of working with Trevor as our sales representative. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but he was patient and highly knowledgeable. He assisted us beyond the sale, answering our questions and assisting the contractors with installation instructions as needed. Adding to what was already a great shopping experience working with Trevor at Tub & More: We called him yesterday in desperation. It's been over a month since our last transaction with him, but we got stuck waiting on our James Martin Vanities from Houzz.com and Floor & Decor. After waiting over a month, Houzz.com said the item got lost, and they could not track the package. Floor and Decor have no idea when the item would arrive. We explained to Trevor our dilemma; he said he could help us find a vanity that would complement our design; Trevor promised that we would have it the next day. The following day he realized that the vendor would not get it to us on time. He personally drove to Miami to pick it up and delivered it to our home in Plantation. Trevor is a man of his word. As an interior designer, I have had the pleasure of working with Doug’s team on several projects over the years and I even worked with them when it was time to remodel my own master bathroom. Their “try before you buy” business model has allowed my clients to go into their live working showroom and actually use one of their tubs before they buy it! Who does that?!?! And not only does their showroom help my clients envision what their new bathroom will look like, it also helps them make selections more quickly and confidently. And Jan’s product knowledge is unsurpassable! There has honestly never been a question my clients or I have asked her that she didn’t know the answer to. What a dream to come across this business. My husband and I are doing a full renovation on an apartment and needed quite a few items for two bathrooms. Tubs, faucets, shower doors etc... Frustrated with the big box stores and confused with all the internet has to offer we came across Doug's Tub. Doug, the owner and President himself was there on the sales floor alongside his team helping us with all the questions we had making it super easy to start making some solid decisions. The selection there is fantastic and they also have working displays which are amazing. it was so worth the 40 minute drive for us. We were able to touch and see everything we needed and ended up purchasing everything right there. They also carry a huge inventory which made it possible for us to bring our new shower heads and faucets to our contractor same day. Customer service is second to none!!! Just ordered an amazing spa tub with air masseur and microsilk and Doug and his crew were all great to work with. Incredibly great customer service! I recently bought a freestanding bathtub from Doug & Jayne at Tubs And More. When it was delivered, I noticed that the trucking company had damaged the box pretty badly. I didn't accept it since I couldn't tell if the tub was cracked. I called and left a message for Doug & Jayne. Doug was having surgery, but Jayne called me right back! She told me that she would order another and have it sent ASAP. And she did! Really nice people and great service!

I have had the pleasure of working with this company on several occasions. They have the largest selection of tubs to see on the floor. I worked with both of the owners and one of their salespeople directly. They are not only professional and knowledgeable in their field, but they go the extra mile trying to help. One sales person in particular actually made several trips 45 minutes way to help rectify an issue that was not their fault at all, until it final got resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

LOVE doing business with these folks. Doug is dynamite as is Jan and Rodney! How many places can you be in your bathing suit and feel right at home?
