At the beginning of the project she was invaluable at planning my new dream kitchen. She spent many hours with me doing revisions. She was always very patient and very professional. She listened to what I wanted and then did her best to accomplish that. At times there were issues but she was always willing and ready to do whatever was necessary to please us and keep the project moving. One example would be the time we had the people here to hook up our new range and we did not have the necessary parts to change it to propane as we had been told. So Lauren got those parts and drove them 45 minutes to us so work could continue. We only have good words about Lauren and are very thankful for the wonderful job she did for us.”
