Warmup US - Floor Heating Systems

I recently met Robert Heslop at a Supplier Trade Show. I gained so much knowledge about the Warm Up product! So many options of where to use it when renovating spaces in our Colorado homes. If you're looking for warmth options for shower benches or flooring, you can't go wrong with this!

My sister needed to find a solution to heat and store her bee hives in northern Wisconsin through the winter. I mentioned it to my neighbor and he suggested I contact Warmup. I was skeptical they would take the time to assist with such an abstract one off project. Boy was I wrong! They designed a system for me that will accommodate 4 hives in an un heated shed. Keeping them in the goldilocks zone under 42 degree’s F, without trying to heat the shed. Amazing system! Flew out there last weekend and ran a new branch circuit to the shed. Constructed a heater unit in thin set between two pieces of plywood. The unit can be moved against the wall for the summer months.

We purchased 2 systems for heating our kitchen and living room. Whenever we call we get to speak with a person immediately. While other companies are making excuses for poor technical support or service. Warmup is providing top of the line support and assistance. Thank you Maria and support team.

Had to replace a previous model when it stopped working after 3-1/2 years. Our old model had a portrait-oriented screen and the electric box and hole in the wall was oriented for that. New model is landscape orientation. We called the company to ask about replacing it and they sent us a template which was supposed to resolve issues. When we went to replace, we would have had to chop a new hole in the wall, install a new gang box and patch the wall. We installed it sideways, it’s gonna have to do. I will put a photo on the screen to disguise it. Disappointed.

I cannot begin to say enough great things about our new Warmup floor. We installed the DCM-Pro Uncoupling System along with the 4iE Smart Thermostat in a fully remodeled master bathroom with Walker Zanger porcelain tile on the walls and floor. The peel and stick membrane (the mat) made the installation quick and easy. Our tradesmen all loved it. The floor heats up so quickly and the thermostat can be controlled on my iPhone via their app so nicely!! The control on the wall looks like a mini ipad and is very easy to set up and use. Last week it got rather chilly here in Philly and from my phone I cranked the "target heat" to 82 degrees for the first time using the system. In only about 20 minutes the floor and whole room was toasty warm and within 30 minutes I was turning it down as it performed like a champ. The project is still underway waiting for some fixtures and glass work to complete it but so excited with the Warmup radiant heat we keep playing with it and using the shower and tub in this unfinished space anyway. The product is first rate just like their management. Thank you Warmup!!!

We had a very unique project converting our school bus into a tiny home. This demanded a very particular heating solution that didn’t take up very much flooring thickness (headspace is very limited in a bus ;)! The install was super simple and direct and they send you everything you need to do it well! We tested it out on our road trip out west and it worked FLAWLESSLY. The thermostats they provide look nice and are very customizable for a program that works for your needs!

My driveway has Warmup heating mat with controller system installed in 2018. When the heating mats work, it works like a charm!

If you are in the market for floor heaters, be sure to avoid WarmUp. If anything goes wrong with their product, the customer service will offer to rent you a tool so you can figure it out on your own. What they will in no case offer to do, is send a technician to to help, this despite their offices being 20 minutes away. Buy from someone that stands behind the product, not from WarmUp.

Purchased our floor heater for our tiny house . Warmup is very DIY friendly and has amazing customer service that helped us along the way. Was so DIY friendly My wife was able to lay down there peel and stick membrane and even lay down the floor heater wire with ease. There towel warmer was simple to instal and when we needed help there customer support was only a phone call away. We will be using our floor heater through out our tiny house to keep our feet toasty and heat our home .

Only after you get the product and review the setup directions do they tell you that this only works if your WiFi password is 10 characters or less. If yours is longer, like mine, you either reprogram your WiFi router and all your WIFi devices with a new password or you don't use WiiFi. Furthermore, the interface for entering letters and numbers lacks a keyboard and is not very convenient.

I’d give more stars if possible. The customer service is absolutely the best! I took an unused basement and turned it into my dream theater. We built the house in 2009. I was concerned with the basement being cold but was assured by the HVAC guy it’d be fine. WRONG! It’s been so cold in the winter we’ve never used it. I decided I finally wanted my dream man cave. A University of Michigan football themed room. But, I wanted it to be warm. I looked at baseboard heat-ugly. I looked into adding a 2nd zone to our furnace-expensive. So I thought, we love the Warmup heated floor in our master bathroom, what options do they have? I found the heated foil that goes under carpet. Yep carpet! Well that settled it. Warmup was the way to go, AGAIN! I will admit I’m a novice and went about the entire process of purchasing and measuring etc backwards. I would highly recommend contacting Warmup 1st thing and letting their excellent customer service step you through the process. Needless to say after probably a couple dozen phone calls and emails I was able to complete the project. It’s actually very simple. It surprised me and the electrician how easy it is to install. I went with the 4iE smart thermostat (I highly recommend) and setup was a breeze. If you have issues with it or the app, the Warmup YouTube page will take care of your issue. Plenty of videos to walk you step by step through any issue. If you’re still having issues, calling the 1-800 number gets you immediate help. I used the room for the 1st time Saturday. I watched college football for 12 hours straight and was more than comfortable. And I didn’t even put foil mat under the entire floor due to furniture issues. If I’d have added more foil mats it probably would be hot down there. I absolutely love my man cave and it’s far from done. Memorabilia isn’t on walls yet etc but it’s useable. FINALLY! Maria and Janis were such great help, I just have to mention them personally. What great ambassadors of Warmup they are. I’m sure all are great but they are the two that I dealt with. Btw my cats and dog love the floor. They don’t want to go upstairs at bedtime. Lol. I can’t wait to finish the room and watch football and movies and enjoy family time in a room that was basically useless beforehand. Warmup I can’t thank you and your employees enough for making this happen and putting up with me and all my questions. You’re the BEST!
