“A Direct works with many different vendors. Kraus is by far one of the best manufacturers we partner with. Their customer service department is always on top of their orders, returns, and the occasional damage. They ship out quickly for the amount of orders they receive, and provide us with the tools we need to help sell Kraus sinks and faucets. We also receive great feedback from our Kraus customers. They are impressed with the product, the price, and packaging. Their sinks come protected in a black cloth bag, along with a beautiful hand towel Kraus gives each sink customer. If you are a retail client you can find videos, reviews and more on this brand all over the internet. They provide the best quality for the cost, hands down. We enjoy selling and working with Kraus, and look forward to doing even more business together in 2014.”

She guided us through all the steps and gave us her input and expertise. “Our builder sent us to see Michele at The Granite Group in Groton. We took her advise and made an appointment to see Michele. Best thing we could have done! Michele listened carefully to what we were doing (turning a little summer cottage into a simple, forever home). She selected a few fixtures, brought them together and saw what we liked. Then she explained the price ranges (high to low) and what we were getting for each. What wasn't in the store showroom, Michele looked up in her catalogs for us to see and consider. She was respectful of our thoughts and concerns, and she never pressured us into buying one fixture over another. We went back two more times for additional things we needed to change because of a modification in layout. She handled everything professionally, and was sincerely eager to see the results of our collaboration. If you are a novice in bathroom and kitchen faucets and fixtures , as we were, we encourage you to work with Michele. She will not only guide but teach you, and she will never pressure you into buying anything you are not convinced is a good solution for your needs.”

“The Ideas Tile has is all: Competitive Prices, Huge Selection, A+ Quality, and a Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff. This place is top notch. If you are considering a tile project, this is the ONLY place that you need to visit. Sure, you can shop the mega-home improvement stores. But, why bother? You are not going to get the type of service that you get from the professionals at the IDEAS TILE . I am a do-it-yourself-er. I don't like pushy sales people, but I do like helpful people who know what they are talking about. I always appreciate sincere and insightful advice on how to approach a project.
