The showroom is amazing and the owner Rachel was top notch. She listened to our situation and stepped in to help even though we were working with a competitor. She contacted the manufacturer and found out that they had several in inventory. When we received the notification that this order was on backorder, Rachel and her team immediately got on the phone to secure one of the faucets. We received it the following week.
