Kitchen Renovation What distinguishes 11x12 from other contractors is that the owner, John, is also a certified project management professional. He brings this discipline to the project so that you always know exactly where the project stands. You know exactly what your role is and what you need to select and buy by when to meet the deadlines. They want to get the project done as well, and as fast, as you do. John is so personable it feels as though he is working on a project in his own home. This is the second time we've used 11x12 construction. Past projects included a gut basement reno with a bathroom, family room, laundry and storage room. Our most recent project was a kitchen in our new home. It's gorgeous! I've recommended 11x12 to a number of contacts already.
